USIncomplete Order with No Response, Poor Service I ordered a Tello drone package with three batteries, a charger, Tello drone, GameSir controller and bag on 11/26/2018. I asked by email and phone for delivery estimates, with one response that they were waiting for the controller. I finally received shipment 12/19/2018, short two batteries with a note that the backordered batteries would be shipped in one week. I have not received the batteries and no response from multiple phone and email requests for update. Drone-World prices are no brgain, Shop Elsewhere!

USThey corrected their recent mistakes. Easy 5 stars My experience with drone world over the past month has not been ideal. However, I spoke with the operations manager recently and he explained why their shipments and response times have been lacking. They treated me in a professional manner and understand people are frustrated right now. All I can say is trust this company, they proved they still deserve my business. After they fixed the issues I was having I have nothing but good things to say.

USScam! This "company" is holding my funds while refusing to ship the goods they offered. They claim they can not honor the price, even though they processed the transaction and withdrew the funds. Phone lines do not connect to any service. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. This is the first time in my life I've had such an unacceptable online purchase experience.

USDJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0… I ordered my DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0 drone from Drone World on 12/8/18. My card was charged, and like many of the reviews I received no promised confirmation email, and they did not answer my email and phone inquiries. Just now on Christmas Eve, the UPS man delivered my drone. So I'm happy, I just wish the company was easier to deal with communication wise.
