USI've really lost my patience with… I've really lost my patience with Drone World, they contracted on Wednesday promised ship that day ,didn't happen. I waited, and gave them another chance, promised over night shipping didn't happen. These people are just flat out liars. Beware of Drone World, beware of Drone World.

USPoor super poor customer service Poor super poor customer service, bought a drone a week ago they havent even shipped it. I keep writting emails to see what happened NO ANSWER. They CS PHONE # takes you to straight voicemail ALWAYS. Very Very bad experience, if it wasnt by the other reviews I would be worried Ive been scammed!!!!

USDroneWorld was GREAT! overall DroneWorld was great in the overall. I was disappointed that it took 3 months to get a product out of Asia. That being said, they were on top of always responding to my requests for updates about availability and shipping etc. I'm glad I waited it out and didn't cancel my order. Many thanks for great service and responses to my concerns about the ultimate getting of what I had ordered.

USDrone world is the best here’s why!... Drone world is by far the best drone retailer online!..don’t get a drone from a big name chain retailer as you will never get the customer support and service as you would with drone world.they also offer by far the best financing options for buying and financing a drone with super low monthly payments. Drone world has always answered my questions and are super nice to talk to over the phone...if you are not shopping with drone world then you are truly missing out on the best deals, packages, and friendly customer support anywhere on the drone market!!

USI rated a 4 only because of the order… I rated a 4 only because of the order place to shipped length of time. I called after 3 weeks to find out the order was lost in the system. Also, when I ordered my drone, on a Monday morning it went into a shipped status but hadn't shipped through the carrier. I missed out on an outdoor wedding shoot which would have paid for half of the drone package. Your brand seems to be of high quality, but getting it out the door to the customer definately could use improvement.
