Super Easy I was dreading having to deal with getting this insurance plan but it was super easy and quick!

Terrible company I purchased insurance through this company. The insurance I chose was supposed to be 5 stars. I met the requirements to be reimbursed and they have been giving me the run around, as it has been over 60 days without payment. I have a recorded phone call mentioning by the company they are giving me the run around. Please do not use this company for trip insurance.

I tell everyone to go to InsureTrip.com when they need travel insurance. We have used InsureMyTrip.com at least three times in the past several years. We have had nothing but great experiences. As I am not a spring chicken or a computer whiz, I found the site very user friendly. All available companies and price ranges are neatly organized in an easy to read grid. You pick the coverage you want and the amount you want to pay. All charge cards are accepted and your documents are ready in seconds. Everything is well explained in easy language, You get just how much or little insurance you want. I won't travel without insurance through Insure My Trip!

Not impressed at all! Not impressed at all! Recently bought three policies from them and now need to make a simple date change to a policy. Impossibly difficult for something so simple…many emails….many phone calls and it’s still not completed. Go direct to the insurance company to purchase not through this second level of agents who can’t make a decision! All they care about is the original sale! We have always used Allianz direct in the past and had exceptional service. We switched to save some money but not worth it! Never again…don’t use Insure My Trip!
