GBMicromark delivers Micromark delivers. I received my order in 4 days and it came packed carefully in another box. Customer service emailed me to warn me that I (accident, my fault) selected a item on back order. I didn't have to worry about my credit card, they didn't hit the card because the item was back order. I think you can trust these guys, the company is in NJ, USA.

GBI’d give them 5 stars except for the… I’d give them 5 stars except for the last purchase which I believed when I made, had the “free shipping over $100.” Which I’d received a few days before on another page purchase. I’m guessing because I entered the website through other than the email promo they’d sent that it is NOT a new policy, my mistake, maybe? The other loss of a star is because they are located on the east coast and I live on the west, the shipping rates seem high and it takes over a week to receive items purchased, yes, spoiled by Amazon! Hate seeing everyone else go out of business because of them however, so I do still shop directly (on occasion).

I ordered an item and was given the following shipping options: Standard Shipping $8.95, UPS 2nd Day Air®$64.16, UPS Next Day Air®$75.20. Of course I picked Standard because the other two options are outrageous! Unfortunately, Standard Shipping became FedEx, which is by far the worst shipping company. I ordered it 6 days ago, was supposed to get it yesterday. When I checked the tracking recently, it was somewhere in Kansas. In fact it took a whole day for the package to go 100 miles. And then is no expected arrival date now. Why doesn't Micro-Mark give an option for USPS. They're certainly faster, cheaper, and more dependable than FedEx!

GBBought a MicroLux Airbrush performed… Bought a MicroLux Airbrush performed the first time I used it, but not the second. Had problems withe the trigger, let off, air compressor air would continue to flow out the nozzle. Tried contacting MicroMark Tech support no one answers, left voice messages, sent email, no response. Finally, talked to sales and got a manger. Manager told me to send it in. I sent it in got it back within a week I received it back with paper work telling me the item is on back order and a new one is going to be sent. No where on the paper work did it say the item was fixed. Waited a month 1/2 and called. Got the run around, the person I talked to said he talked to the tech and item was fixed. He told me to try it, and if there is still a problem, give a call back and they will send me a new one. I tried it and it was still not working properly. Called back, talked to someone else, explained the everything again, he intern gave me the run around, did not want to honor what the last gentleman had told me, was going to put me through to a manager, and of course he hung up. MicroMark does not want to honor the warranty of products that have their name on it.
