Very impressed with their service! This was the first time I did business with Micro Mark. I wanted to buy a tool that was out of stock so I left a request to be notified when it became available again. It was so long ago that I had forgotten about it however the did remember my request and notified me right away. When I reordered the tool, delivery was very prompt. Micro-Mark carries items that I can't… Micro-Mark carries items that I can't find locally. They've never sent an incorrect order. Items are well packed. I've never had to call customer service. I've found the answers to my questions on their website or in their catalogue.

I’d give them 5 stars except for the… I’d give them 5 stars except for the last purchase which I believed when I made, had the “free shipping over $100.” Which I’d received a few days before on another page purchase. I’m guessing because I entered the website through other than the email promo they’d sent that it is NOT a new policy, my mistake, maybe? The other loss of a star is because they are located on the east coast and I live on the west, the shipping rates seem high and it takes over a week to receive items purchased, yes, spoiled by Amazon! Hate seeing everyone else go out of business because of them however, so I do still shop directly (on occasion).

Only half of the order quantity was… Only half of the order quantity was shipped. The item qty listed was 2 sets, the order arrived with only 1. No backorder qty was listed. Customer service resolved the issue when I called, and shipped the remaining item promptly. I noted the MicroMark price was double the sellers pkg listed price, and shipping charge was about 2x normal. Unless I can't find alternative source, I probably won't use this site again.

Broad Selection with hard-to-find tools The tool selection is really broad, though some groups seem a bit on the pricey side. however, they are often the ONLY source for good quality tools intended for small scale work. The shipping is very quick, and the website purchase was smooth and trouble free. my order arrived timely and was well packaged.
