GBOnly half of the order quantity was… Only half of the order quantity was shipped. The item qty listed was 2 sets, the order arrived with only 1. No backorder qty was listed. Customer service resolved the issue when I called, and shipped the remaining item promptly. I noted the MicroMark price was double the sellers pkg listed price, and shipping charge was about 2x normal. Unless I can't find alternative source, I probably won't use this site again.

GBGood and Bad relationship… I have had good and bad relationship with MicroMark. Yes, their website is difficult and very sales pushy... The product quality is OK. They do have unique items hard to find elsewhere. Their shipping sucks... my gauge order that was suppose to arrive yesterday... is still 2300 miles east of my location. FedEx -when we get around to it shipping- has often taken 3-4 weeks for delivery. Msg to MicroMark, let the customer pick the best shipping as the customer pays for it anyway. Let me pick USPS Priority Mail which is still funny as they list 2-day service... but normally takes 4-5 days to arrive. FedEx cheapo shipping has had my ordering often sitting for 3-4 days in the same location. Msg to MicroMark, shipping is a major part of YOUR business success or failure. Choice wisely... Screw the customer, loose that customer.

GBMicro-Mark carries items that I can't… Micro-Mark carries items that I can't find locally. They've never sent an incorrect order. Items are well packed. I've never had to call customer service. I've found the answers to my questions on their website or in their catalogue.

CAVery impressed with their service! This was the first time I did business with Micro Mark. I wanted to buy a tool that was out of stock so I left a request to be notified when it became available again. It was so long ago that I had forgotten about it however the did remember my request and notified me right away. When I reordered the tool, delivery was very prompt. I am delighted with their service and will certainly continue to do business with them. John Alexander

GBBought a MicroLux Airbrush performed… Bought a MicroLux Airbrush performed the first time I used it, but not the second. Had problems withe the trigger, let off, air compressor air would continue to flow out the nozzle. Tried contacting MicroMark Tech support no one answers, left voice messages, sent email, no response. Finally, talked to sales and got a manger. Manager told me to send it in. I sent it in got it back within a week I received it back with paper work telling me the item is on back order and a new one is going to be sent. No where on the paper work did it say the item was fixed. Waited a month 1/2 and called. Got the run around, the person I talked to said he talked to the tech and item was fixed. He told me to try it, and if there is still a problem, give a call back and they will send me a new one. I tried it and it was still not working properly. Called back, talked to someone else, explained the everything again, he intern gave me the run around, did not want to honor what the last gentleman had told me, was going to put me through to a manager, and of course he hung up. MicroMark does not want to honor the warranty of products that have their name on it.
