GBWorst Vendor Ever I'm an exhibits coordinator for a museum. I have unfortunately been using MicroMark for 20+ years from when I started as a tech. Somehow there is always a problem. Shipping methods and web fulfillment from the horse-and-buggy era is the biggest problem, but the customer service is terrible in trying to get anything fixed. We literally get parts from Japan faster (and more accurate). We had almost every MicroLux tool in-house- and switched to Proxxon (same thing) due to the ineptitude of getting stuff from MicroMark. It's almost a joke in production meetings, and Payable has to always fix something wrong with an order or mystery shipping costs.

GBConsistently incorrect order, or shipment They have unique, hard-to-find stuff, but the web search is TERRIBLE, and they mess up orders EVERY TIME. 90% of the time, a part is not listed, buried in the wrong category, or absent from any fathomable search method (by part # or identifying name), and I have to call customer service, who then promptly mails it to the wrong person. Yes, this really happened. If I can find it someplace else, I'll get it ANYWHERE before I rely on MicroMark. Update: Spoke to customer service, I got an email a day later with my order details, with the SLOWEST POSSIBLE SHIPPING. Note: when appeasing a customer due to YOUR incompetence, at least send it overnight. I'm already a week late. Yeesh! And the Customer Service lady said she'd been there 20 years- maybe THATS your problem!

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! My mini-jigsaw has a very tiny screw that fell out and I could not find it (working over gravel on a windy day). It isn't a easily replaceable size. They sent me a replacement with no charge. This is customer service. I have a similar issue with another product/supplier and they'll sell me the replacement part for a very low price, but want $15 to ship it! That is not customer service. Thank you Micro-Mark for understanding your products AND your customers!

Russell Customer#761495 I ordered your Plier #89117 along with various other items and you sent everything but the Plier, saying that it was back ordered, and you would send as soon as you received them,,, Its been weeks now and I have not received the item ???? No notifications; except 2 texts that you wanted me BACK ! Seems you have alot of charrasma !

GBOver all I am happy with the quality of… Over all I am happy with the quality of the products I receive from MicroMark. My only complaint is that they could communicate better with their customers when an item is on back-order. They could also work to get their customers a better idea as to when the back-ordered items will ship. Granted, this is sometimes difficult, but it would go a long way to improve them to a 5 star rating in my eyes.
