You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! I was totally appalled as I would never damage anyone's property. Needless to say, I will never use them again. BiggerBooks is Better!! Thank you for your services.

slow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

I have received neither my order nor an… I have received neither my order nor an explanation for its delay. According to my account page at Bigger Books' web page, my credit card has already been processed.

Tried to buy a text book Tried to buy a text book. The semester started and a week after ordering, got an email stating they apologize that even though the book was listed as available, they currently have no idea when it will be delivered. I canceled my order and wen to a different vendor.

Cancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.
