My book arrived in excellent condition… My book arrived in excellent condition protected by a heavy-duty cardboard envelope. The book itself was wrapped in cellophane and had instructions not to break open the cellophane. I had ordered the unbound copy since my budget didn't allow me to buy the actual book and had I broken the cellophane by bending the book all of the pages would have come out of order. The book came with two pre-punched holes to allow you to put it into a binder or fasten it to keep all the pages from slipping out. Very satisfied and will be using them in the future for other classes requiring books to be used.

They put the blame on me saying I misspelled my address (but ironically because this was my first order from this site, I had screenshots, & literally nothing was misspelled). My money was refunded THE DAY before it was supposed to arrive, on Christmas, wow. Chat service said simply replace the order, and surprise surprise, guess which book is suddenly OUT OF STOCK with no contact from the distributor. After chat services ended, I googled reviews on BiggerBooks.com and found out BiggerBooks had this problem frequently from a handful of other reviewers. Seems like they don’t want to admit their faults of miscounting their stock or simply try to use this tactic to draw in innocent customers, and instead of admitting their fault they’ll throw it back on you and say you were the person at fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH BIGGER BOOKS!

Ridiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

Tracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

Books were received within five days of… Books were received within five days of ordering. I ordered 22 copies of the same book (used condition) for a class (I teach). Some copies do have blemishes, but I expected that. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely order from this vendor again. I know there have been some negative reviews, but my experience could not have been better. It probably depends on the book(s) being ordered.
