Watch your bank statements for extra shipping charges! Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Customer Service a waste of time. Cancelled my order for a full refund - watch your statements with these people.

I’ve yet to receive my order I’ve yet to receive my order. There has been very little communication. Two weeks had gone by and I was only then notified that there were issues getting the book from the supplier. The class that requires the book has already started and there is no indication that it will ship yet alone arrive. I cannot recommend BiggerBooks. The order is about 80 dollars. I would like a refund or a steep discount.

slow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!!
