You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! My book arrived in excellent condition… My book arrived in excellent condition protected by a heavy-duty cardboard envelope. The book itself was wrapped in cellophane and had instructions not to break open the cellophane. I had ordered the unbound copy since my budget didn't allow me to buy the actual book and had I broken the cellophane by bending the book all of the pages would have come out of order. The book came with two pre-punched holes to allow you to put it into a binder or fasten it to keep all the pages from slipping out. Very satisfied and will be using them in the future for other classes requiring books to be used.
