GBORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY. They put the blame on me saying I misspelled my address (but ironically because this was my first order from this site, I had screenshots, & literally nothing was misspelled). My money was refunded THE DAY before it was supposed to arrive, on Christmas, wow. Chat service said simply replace the order, and surprise surprise, guess which book is suddenly OUT OF STOCK with no contact from the distributor. After chat services ended, I googled reviews on BiggerBooks.com and found out BiggerBooks had this problem frequently from a handful of other reviewers. Seems like they don’t want to admit their faults of miscounting their stock or simply try to use this tactic to draw in innocent customers, and instead of admitting their fault they’ll throw it back on you and say you were the person at fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH BIGGER BOOKS!

GBTried to buy a text book Tried to buy a text book. The semester started and a week after ordering, got an email stating they apologize that even though the book was listed as available, they currently have no idea when it will be delivered. I canceled my order and wen to a different vendor.

GBTracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

GBRidiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

GBAccepted order for book they didn’t have and then canceled order without informing me. Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.
