Ridiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

No book found I appreciated that the book I ordered was no longer available your company promptly emailed me about the issue and reimbursed money back to my card.

This is the 2nd time that I have… This is the 2nd time that I have utilized BiggerBooks, I must admit, I have been very pleased with your service. You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!!
