slow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

Tracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

Ridiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

did not get ordered 12 books only to get an email 3 days later that they could not find any suppliers. You should on advertise and accept orders for books you have in stock.
