You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! Tracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

The book finally arrived today… The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.
