I’ve yet to receive my order I’ve yet to receive my order. There has been very little communication. Two weeks had gone by and I was only then notified that there were issues getting the book from the supplier. The class that requires the book has already started and there is no indication that it will ship yet alone arrive. I cannot recommend BiggerBooks. The order is about 80 dollars. I would like a refund or a steep discount.

No book found I appreciated that the book I ordered was no longer available your company promptly emailed me about the issue and reimbursed money back to my card.

ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY. They put the blame on me saying I misspelled my address (but ironically because this was my first order from this site, I had screenshots, & literally nothing was misspelled). My money was refunded THE DAY before it was supposed to arrive, on Christmas, wow. Chat service said simply replace the order, and surprise surprise, guess which book is suddenly OUT OF STOCK with no contact from the distributor. After chat services ended, I googled reviews on BiggerBooks.com and found out BiggerBooks had this problem frequently from a handful of other reviewers. Seems like they don’t want to admit their faults of miscounting their stock or simply try to use this tactic to draw in innocent customers, and instead of admitting their fault they’ll throw it back on you and say you were the person at fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH BIGGER BOOKS!

Books were received within five days of… Books were received within five days of ordering. I ordered 22 copies of the same book (used condition) for a class (I teach). Some copies do have blemishes, but I expected that. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely order from this vendor again. I know there have been some negative reviews, but my experience could not have been better. It probably depends on the book(s) being ordered.

Cancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.
