Cancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.

Watch your bank statements for extra shipping charges! Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Tracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.
