Ease of use versus control... The ease of ordering a digital copy is excellent, but I sadly clicked the wrong version and cannot cancel the incorrect one, even though, it was not delivered as of yet. I would hope that I could cancel before delivered. Also - I realize that I clicked the wrong after the fact. #2961309

I have received neither my order nor an… I have received neither my order nor an explanation for its delay. According to my account page at Bigger Books' web page, my credit card has already been processed.

Watch your bank statements for extra shipping charges! Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Customer Service a waste of time. Cancelled my order for a full refund - watch your statements with these people.

ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY ORDER CANCELLED RANDOMLY. They put the blame on me saying I misspelled my address (but ironically because this was my first order from this site, I had screenshots, & literally nothing was misspelled). My money was refunded THE DAY before it was supposed to arrive, on Christmas, wow. Chat service said simply replace the order, and surprise surprise, guess which book is suddenly OUT OF STOCK with no contact from the distributor. After chat services ended, I googled reviews on BiggerBooks.com and found out BiggerBooks had this problem frequently from a handful of other reviewers. Seems like they don’t want to admit their faults of miscounting their stock or simply try to use this tactic to draw in innocent customers, and instead of admitting their fault they’ll throw it back on you and say you were the person at fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH BIGGER BOOKS!

Cancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.
