Watch your bank statements for extra shipping charges! Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Customer Service a waste of time. Cancelled my order for a full refund - watch your statements with these people.

Tried to buy a text book Tried to buy a text book. The semester started and a week after ordering, got an email stating they apologize that even though the book was listed as available, they currently have no idea when it will be delivered. I canceled my order and wen to a different vendor.

Accepted order for book they didn’t have and then canceled order without informing me. Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.

I have received neither my order nor an… I have received neither my order nor an explanation for its delay. According to my account page at Bigger Books' web page, my credit card has already been processed.

The book finally arrived today… The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.
