GBAccepted order for book they didn’t have and then canceled order without informing me. Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.

GBBooks were received within five days of… Books were received within five days of ordering. I ordered 22 copies of the same book (used condition) for a class (I teach). Some copies do have blemishes, but I expected that. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely order from this vendor again. I know there have been some negative reviews, but my experience could not have been better. It probably depends on the book(s) being ordered.

GBslow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

GBI just received my book and thrilled! I just received my book and thrilled that it arrived in new condition! Your price was the best too! I also appreciated your email requesting to contact you if wasn't delivered within 24-48 hours. The Shop app was also very efficient with tracking my order. GBEasy order Easy order, nice price (check the daily discount codes), quick shipping that arrived on time. Only reason I left that one star off is because I didn’t receive the email the site said you get when your book has shipped. I had to keep checking back to make sure it actually shipped out.
