You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! Ease of use versus control... The ease of ordering a digital copy is excellent, but I sadly clicked the wrong version and cannot cancel the incorrect one, even though, it was not delivered as of yet.
