slow shipping I ordered my book on 1/5/24 and paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t ship until 1/11/24 and then it didn’t arrive until 1/17/24. To me there is nothing expedited about that.

Cancelled order without giving me notice I attempted to order a textbook through bigger books as it was the cheapest price. I paid for expedited shipping so I could receive the book in time. However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I would never buy from this site even if their textbook was half the price of the next cheapest one.

did not get ordered 12 books only to get an email 3 days later that they could not find any suppliers. You should on advertise and accept orders for books you have in stock.

I have received neither my order nor an… I have received neither my order nor an explanation for its delay. According to my account page at Bigger Books' web page, my credit card has already been processed.

The book finally arrived today… The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.
