Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Ridiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

did not get ordered 12 books only to get an email 3 days later that they could not find any suppliers. You should on advertise and accept orders for books you have in stock.
