USAccepted order for book they didn’t have and then canceled order without informing me. Sold me a book they didn’t have in stock. Days later I notice a refund from American Express. Turns out it’s the for the book I purchased. There are no emails from BiggerBooks informing me of any issue. I log on to see they did indeed cancel the order and issued a refund… all silently, with no communication from the seller.

USThe book finally arrived today… The book finally arrived today 10/10/2023, after I paid for expedited shipping (1-5 days) on 9/27/2023. I never received any tracking information to know the status. I'm glad it arrived. Just wish it would have within the time frame I paid extra for.

USI’ve yet to receive my order I’ve yet to receive my order. There has been very little communication. Two weeks had gone by and I was only then notified that there were issues getting the book from the supplier. The class that requires the book has already started and there is no indication that it will ship yet alone arrive. I cannot recommend BiggerBooks. The order is about 80 dollars. I would like a refund or a steep discount.

USRidiculous I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

USEasy order Easy order, nice price (check the daily discount codes), quick shipping that arrived on time. Only reason I left that one star off is because I didn’t receive the email the site said you get when your book has shipped. I had to keep checking back to make sure it actually shipped out.
