USTracking Issues The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.

USWatch your bank statements for extra shipping charges! Ordered an extra book to qualify for free shipping. Order confirmation came with shipping charges - only $2 bucks, so okay… bank statement reflected a higher charge $8 difference with no notice from the company of the higher charge to my card. Customer Service a waste of time. Cancelled my order for a full refund - watch your statements with these people.

USThis is the 2nd time that I have… This is the 2nd time that I have utilized BiggerBooks, I must admit, I have been very pleased with your service. You deliver books quickly which aids me on getting a head start on my lessons. Once, I utilized a different company, they sent me a book that was ruined and then charged me for the damage!! I was totally appalled as I would never damage anyone's property. Needless to say, I will never use them again. BiggerBooks is Better!! Thank you for your services.

USEase of use versus control... The ease of ordering a digital copy is excellent, but I sadly clicked the wrong version and cannot cancel the incorrect one, even though, it was not delivered as of yet. I would hope that I could cancel before delivered. Also - I realize that I clicked the wrong after the fact. #2961309

I also appreciated your email requesting to contact you if wasn't delivered within 24-48 hours. The Shop app was also very efficient with tracking my order.
