A positive review of Campsaver I purchased an Alps Blaze -20 sleeping bag from Campsaver. Then I read all these horrible reviews. My purchase wasn't confirmed. I thought I had been scammed. I called their store to try to see if they were real. Jake took my call. Apologized. Acknowledged that their online side often got overwhelmed. He was patient, promised to look into my order and respond. Not an hour later, my package was delivered. Campsaver was 10% less than the lowest price I could find online. And they were the first to deliver. It is difficult to find outdoor stores that offer such sharp pricing on high level performance gear. Campsaver does. It is tough these days to find customer service like I experienced with Jake. The prices drew me in. The quick delivery and customer service like I experienced with Jake have turned me into a customer.

excellent sales man Today I ordered man's Rab Neutrino down jacket. It was good deal with 20% discount coupon. Since I'm computer illiterate, it could be impossible to finish ordering. The staff named CHASE helped me step by step to the end. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Without his help I should have given up. He went thousands of steps further to help me. I've never met such a wonderful person. thank you very much CHASE!

This company is shady This company is shady. Had a backorder mysteriously cancelled after two months -unavailable. Purchased the same piece of gear he next day (had to pay more). Now I'm waiting on another order because they are "busy". Waiting for the cancellation... Shop elsewhere

Campsaver Campsaver? How bout time waster! I took Campsaver.Com's invoice at face value after placing the order, it stated that shipping was FREE. But they came back saying it was a mistake and wanted me to pay $225 for shipping? Definitely not paying that, after the original invoice I have posted here stated the shipping was free. Spoke to upper management and they didn't really didn't want to honor their original invoice price either. They need to post shipping charges from the get go, instead of springing unwanted surprises on customers wasting everyone's time

I was hesitant to order based upon poor reviews.Happy to report that I received my fishing waders in just over a week and a half and the price was significantly less than the competitors. Communication on shipping and delivery was timely and accurate. Based upon my experience I will do business with them again
