Criminally dishonest seller Don't ever do business with this criminally dishonest seller! First, I got a defective item from them. When I returned it and asked for a refund, they tried very hard to convince me for an exchange instead. When I finally decided to exchange, they processed a new order of the same item with a MUCH HIGHER price without my consent. Then I understood why they tried to change my mind. This unauthorized transaction was literally a steal. When confronted via emails, they even tried to play stupid!

Communication on shipping and delivery was timely and accurate. Based upon my experience I will do business with them again

I’m a happy “CampSaver” I’ve been an REI member for decades. Not to minimize the force that is REI, but, as I recently am rebuilding my backpacking equipment after decades of child and now grandchild-rearing, I have searched for competitive deals across the web. CampSaver has universally been helpful in recommendations via phone and email (I’m rural) and I’m satisfied with my purchases. I think they’re amused by the grandmother desiring to return to the mountains (okay, with my knees, the hills). Dreams keep us alive.

Ordererd on 12/13 and still waiting… Ordererd on December 13 and still hadn't received my order by the 23rd. Looked through my spam folder and found a request to verify the billing on the order by having to chase down a small charge on my credit card statement and call them back with the secret number. I try to call this morning and they're closed for the holiday. Not sure if this order will ever ship. That's a crazy way to do business in the age of Amazon. I guess another dinosaur of e-commerce will bite the dust soon...

Trash Company Trash Company, avoid like the plague. Ordered a bike box with express shipping (~$290 + $60 shipping), 8 working days later and they are still "processing" the order. If you can't fulfill customer orders, don't accept payment for so many...there are plenty of competitors out there who will do a much better job & happily take the business you are clearly unable to handle.
