I’ve NEVER had a significant problem… I’ve NEVER had a significant problem with any order from Campsaver.com and I’ve bought a ton of backpacking gear from them. I’ve also done returns to them without issue. I recently got an awesome Rab down jacket from Campsaver for 40% off list price. That was 20% more off than ANY other competitor.

Scam concerns 😟 I have no idea how they managed to get my details and kept sending me emails without my consent. I have unsubscribed severally, junked and marked them fishing and yet they manage to still have access to my email. I believe they could be working with super hacking software that can get access to anyones file as they want, otherwise how come the above and this is a huge security concern 😟. Becareful guys.

excellent sales man Today I ordered man's Rab Neutrino down jacket. It was good deal with 20% discount coupon. Since I'm computer illiterate, it could be impossible to finish ordering. The staff named CHASE helped me step by step to the end. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Without his help I should have given up. He went thousands of steps further to help me. When everything goes as planned, there’s no comment. Camp Saver did a great job, even though I was worried from reading all the negative feedback here. As advertised.

Ordererd on 12/13 and still waiting… Ordererd on December 13 and still hadn't received my order by the 23rd. Looked through my spam folder and found a request to verify the billing on the order by having to chase down a small charge on my credit card statement and call them back with the secret number. I try to call this morning and they're closed for the holiday. Not sure if this order will ever ship. That's a crazy way to do business in the age of Amazon. I guess another dinosaur of e-commerce will bite the dust soon...
