Ordererd on 12/13 and still waiting… Ordererd on December 13 and still hadn't received my order by the 23rd. Looked through my spam folder and found a request to verify the billing on the order by having to chase down a small charge on my credit card statement and call them back with the secret number. I try to call this morning and they're closed for the holiday. Not sure if this order will ever ship. That's a crazy way to do business in the age of Amazon. I guess another dinosaur of e-commerce will bite the dust soon...

This was not a good experience This was not a good experience. I made a large several item order. No acknowledgement. Three weeks later, I received one item that was marked irregular. When I eventually got a hold of customer service, which was in and of itself a challenge, they said they would precess a return, but I have heard nothing. Camp savers is not a legit site. Beware.

I’m a happy “CampSaver” I’ve been an REI member for decades. Not to minimize the force that is REI, but, as I recently am rebuilding my backpacking equipment after decades of child and now grandchild-rearing, I have searched for competitive deals across the web. CampSaver has universally been helpful in recommendations via phone and email (I’m rural) and I’m satisfied with my purchases. I think they’re amused by the grandmother desiring to return to the mountains (okay, with my knees, the hills). Dreams keep us alive.

This outfit is a scam and time waster This outfit is a scam and time waster. I ordered an expensive sleeping bag and air pad. After receiving a confirmation email, waiting days, they never bothered to email me that my order was canceled or gave a reason why. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Scam concerns 😟 I have no idea how they managed to get my details and kept sending me emails without my consent. I have unsubscribed severally, junked and marked them fishing and yet they manage to still have access to my email. I believe they could be working with super hacking software that can get access to anyones file as they want, otherwise how come the above and this is a huge security concern 😟. Becareful guys.
