I had a claim on a spring that was… I had a claim on a spring that was badly bowed. I could fit my finger between the spring and shock body. It took quite a bit of bargaining to get a replacement. The new spring is now as bad as the old one after 100 miles. The spring rate is right on, but the quality and tech support is poor. They actually told me to turn the spring up-side-down to correct the problem. Do the research and get KINGS or a better brand.

Tender springs The tender springs were easy to install, work great, only complaint is that they are noisy when the crossiver ring rubs the tender spring and the spring divider rubs the shock body causing wear on the shock body, I have tried repositioning and indexing the springs to no avail. I emailed Shock Therapy about this but got no reply.

Just installed my level 4 dual rate… Just installed my level 4 dual rate springs last night on my 2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Will try them out on trails this weekend. Online order experience was good, with prompt shipment. Quality looks good, everything fit correctly and online instructions made install easy.
