Product seems good Product seems good, not much use yet. Shock therapy has some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Got my spring kit and needed some help so I called and they told me they don’t make the kit that they sold me and that their directions are more of a guide line and you can’t really follow them.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. After a lot of research I thought this was the company to go with. Read reviews watched You Tube. Order it. Then when springs came in (actually sooner than they said). I was missing the rear Spring Divider and Spring Perch as was shown on Video. They said don't use factory use ours in Video. Called and they said that was for a old kit. If that is the case they should have changed the You Tube Install instructions since this is what they are sending you to to install them. I feel like I am just being blown off after they got the order and the Money.

find a way to bring your cock structure… find a way to bring your cock structure down and you will be untouchable. For example I know this industry prides itself on made in America but there are huge cost reductions to be added overseas machining if you’re not already leveraging that.

Easy to navigate website Easy to navigate website. Fast delivery. My opinion-- On Turbo RZP XP. No reason Fox Edition springs should cost more than Walker Evans spring set up.

One of my springs had paint chips… One of my springs had paint chips missing and the guy Mike I spoke with sent me a link to buy my own touch up paint after spending $800 on springs. I shouldn’t have to spend more to fix brand new $800 springs! Also the screws for the crossover were so weak they stripped out with minimal pressure.
