GBJust installed my level 4 dual rate… Just installed my level 4 dual rate springs last night on my 2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Will try them out on trails this weekend. Online order experience was good, with prompt shipment. Quality looks good, everything fit correctly and online instructions made install easy.

GBOver priced Over priced. Picture does represent the quantity your paying for. Needs to better explain their options and what you'll need for full install.

GBI have problems with my spring rubbing… I have problems with my spring rubbing in the actual shock. The guy that installed it for me heard that the spring maybe needs to be turned. I don’t understand why this would be the case. Also the bolt broke that holds the sway arm I purchased. I called to order new ones and was told they are stock. The dealer didn’t have them in stock.

GBThey have very excellent quality… They have very excellent quality products, some of the best. I didn't rate 5 stars because I believe that got too big too quick. I have had mixed results with customer sales reps, and sent non-fitting items that were rushed out before a diligent R&D was performed. However, the customer service dude then went above and beyond to rectify the situation. But for my level 3 spring kit, I got a one size fits all treatment and felt a bit dumbed down by the rep even though I know my way around a shim stack. ( and the primary rears are the wrong rate for my application). I don't think a set of Walkers rebuilt and sprung by them couldn't last more than 4000 miles until they disintegrate into High Desert yard art. I would buy there stuff again though, and again. Top notch machining, killer tolerances, and USA made. Their Tech guys/gals know their stuff. I see why so many companies imitate ST products.
