These shocks will be a huge improvement… These shocks will be a huge improvement over the stock ones. Put these on a 2015 Polaris XP1000 Highlifter. They did not have specific install instructions for the Highlifter. I started with the measurements they provided for the regular XP1000 and adjusted from there. I did have the sway bar disconnected on the stock set up but had to hook it back up because there is way more body roll with these plush new shocks.

General 4 Spring Kit The ride quality and all around performance of the Shock Therapy spring kit is fantastic. It added a couple inches of ride height and doesn't squat when loaded down. I give it a 3 stars is for two reasons: limited to only one color option, and incomplete instructions. I watched the Shock Therapy installation video and followed it step by step, only to drop the General off the jack and it sat at 8" of clearance in the front. A list of spring adjustment measurements reflecting the different factory springs offered on Generals would be a great help.

Tender springs The tender springs were easy to install, work great, only complaint is that they are noisy when the crossiver ring rubs the tender spring and the spring divider rubs the shock body causing wear on the shock body, I have tried repositioning and indexing the springs to no avail. I emailed Shock Therapy about this but got no reply.

Just installed my level 4 dual rate… Just installed my level 4 dual rate springs last night on my 2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Will try them out on trails this weekend. Online order experience was good, with prompt shipment. Quality looks good, everything fit correctly and online instructions made install easy.

Product seems good Product seems good, not much use yet. Shock therapy has some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Got my spring kit and needed some help so I called and they told me they don’t make the kit that they sold me and that their directions are more of a guide line and you can’t really follow them.
