The company appears to have continual… The company appears to have continual site issues. Although I have used them for many years and even had been "pro", I have found them to be almost nonfunctional in the past 4 months. When I contacted customer service in August I was told they had been hacked, the person in charge of correcting the issue was on vacation, but would be back in a week or so to fix the issues. Since then the site has continued to deteriorate rather than improve. I am sorry that such a one time useful tool has no value now.
