GBCustomer Service Failings I recently signed up for the pro account. Two days after they deducted my second monthly payment, the site stopped updating. Despite multiple emails, no one has responded. When it works, it is fine, but this is the second and longest outage in the short time I have been involved. I guess I can understand outages, but I don't find radio silence to be acceptable. At the very least, an email blast or some other indication on the website would serve to assuage the ill will, but they don't seem to care. It's not nice to take my money and then leave me holding the bag.

GBThe company appears to have continual… The company appears to have continual site issues. Although I have used them for many years and even had been "pro", I have found them to be almost nonfunctional in the past 4 months. When I contacted customer service in August I was told they had been hacked, the person in charge of correcting the issue was on vacation, but would be back in a week or so to fix the issues. Since then the site has continued to deteriorate rather than improve. I am sorry that such a one time useful tool has no value now.

GBwaiting for a better app Wow, they bring buyback prices from so many companies!! Before you get too excited, keep in mind most of the companies never buy back ANYTHING. Also, most of them have 50.00 minimums. So before they buy that publication manual of yours for 8.00 (and they probably take just one copy) you need to find more books to put in your order, which you won't. I purchase 3,000 pounds of books a day and I can only use 4 of the companies on the list. There are only 4 major players, the others listed are just wasting space. It's just a page of not currently buying, not currently buying. The phone app is painstakingly slow unlike the brilliant desktop version which allows you to use a barcode scanner and you never need to touch the keyboard or mouse. The phone app cannot be used with a scanner (to my knowledge) but who wants to sell a book to powells for a dollar anyway when you can sell it on Amazon for 25.00 bucks? This app will not tell you what you can get for it on Amazon so you are forced to use two different apps. one to tell you what it is worth on amazon and this one to tell you if you can get a couple bucks if it holds no amazon value. the average price one of the companies pays for a book is 1.50 so it's not a tool to make you money, more like a tool to salvage what you can from the book inventory you already have. Who cares about the one book chegg or CKY books will buy??I have yet to place an order with chegg, cky, valorebooks or bookbyte or bluerocketbooks. Why are all these useless names on here? A truly good scouting app will just list the main players, allow fast scanning And show the lowest price it is selling for on amazon.
