GBOrdered about 400$ worth of stuff. So far I haven't received tracking info or confirmation my order has shipped (even paid extra for expedited shipping) my order still says "processing" on their website. It was supposed to ship out on Friday and I have yet to hear from them or receive any updates. If they contact me today with a valid explanation and if everything arrives in one piece I will likely change my review but until then they'll get two stars.

GBI bought a boneyard gun and the gun … I bought a boneyard gun and the gun came in great shape!! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the gun was! Sure the gun had a few missing parts and things wrong with it, but those problems were listed in the description. Shipping was a little slow, I had zero communication as far as shipping/tracking info - I had to call to get the information. 4 stars because I had to call to figure out where my package was, if it even shipped, and get a tracking number.

GBGreat Company Now that the conversion is complete - I am very happy with the timing and speed of Air Splat. They've added more shipping options, and are very prompt on their delivery. I've had an account with Airsplat for several years now, and was ancy with the change of ownership and how it would effect my account. So far I am very happy with the changes.

GBExpected more. I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.

GBDifficult to communicate with. Order placed Jan 3 paying for expedited shipping. Credit card charged that day. Order listed as "processing" for over 7 days. Repeated attempts to reach customers service met dead line. Calls answered by message then transferred to line with no answer. Only received action after I contacted Amazon requesting status of order.
