GBAirSplat changed my order I ordered an NcStar Precision Bipod from AirSplat. I paid for an NcStar Bipod from AirSplat and AirSplat sent me confirmation they had shipped an NcStar Bipod. I received (very late shipping) a cheapo UTG bipod that will not fit my AR15. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks. I just purchased the CORRECT bipod from OpticsPlanet. I should have checked the internet, there are hundreds of bad reviews for AirSplat. I will never buy from this bad company again.

GBService with outside customer. Recently I ordered few items as parts or second hand. There was a delay I called to see if the order was being processed. They answered my questions, provided best assistance to resolving my needs, and finally did the impossible by refunding few dollars and sending off my much needed items quickly. Very satisfied customer!

GBIf i'm being honest... If i'm being honest, Airsplat is historically not a very transparent retailer. It's hard to get tracking info without calling several times, they ship partial orders without notifying you of missing items you were able to successfully put in your cart, etc. Not a great business model for longevity. Customer service is either really professional and helpful or just totally useless, no degree in between. I typically only order here when there is a ridiculous sale happening (like Thunder B Player packs for $7.50...) Shipping is also crazy expensive but I think that's becoming true across all retailers. My advice, if they have something no one else has, awesome. If not, shop around for quality of service and ease of customer support.

GBfantastic company to work with i've purchased from airsplat several times. their product descriptions match exactly what i've received. shipping and delivery are excellent. they're definitely my first go to when i need to research and purchase airsoft supplies. i highly recommend their site.

GBExpected more. I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.
