I was skeptical at first because the reviews are all over the place but I compared secondspin to other companies and their quotes for buying your merchandise is higher than other companies. They didn’t take long to check over everything so I have nothing but positive things to say

SecondSpinDisc is one of the worst… SecondSpinDisc is one of the worst companies I've ever bought from. They shipped me the wrong disc inside the correct CD case and refused to correct their problem. They have no "customer service" even though I e-mailed them almost ten times trying to rectify this. I would warn anyone considering dealing with them to do so at their own peril. I, myself, will never deal with these thieves again!

Unethical Scam Artists I wish I had read some of the reviews before sending my CDs to them. I sent 2 copies of several CD's as their website allows when you are creating your trade-in request. Once they received them, they only paid for 1 copy of the CDs I sent. Thus keeping about 10 CDs and not paying for them. (I was promised $30 for these and got nothing) What a scam and rip-off. If it was any more money involved, I would escalate, but not worth it and they know this and will continue to rip people off in the same manner. Unethical Scam Artists

I don’t know if they deserve one… I don’t know if they deserve one star.Ordered a Christmas CD that was supposed to come in two weeks ago - before Christmas. I received it today on January 4. The case is cracked. The cover and the CD are both different from what I ordered. The edge does have the name of the correct artist and CD but the cover and see that self do not match. I have never ever had any difficulty ordering CDs online. This was Terrible experience, and I will never use them again

You Pay For Shipping Decent prices (comparatively speaking, which isn't saying much), but you have to pay for your own shipping if you're selling items. Although you'll be reimbursed, it won't be what you paid. Definitely look elsewhere, as prices vary, but you could do worse. Just don't expect much money if you're selling stuff.
