Unscrupulous Robbers It is a shame because this company could have been great but they are sneaky and underhanded. They lure people into selling their CDs by showing them that they will get paid the most over anyplace else. They even duped me into believing this. What they don't tell you is that after they "reject" everything and charge you for jewelcases and "resurfacing" you are getting the worst offering by anyone. Don't forget shipping is not free. they charge you for that too. Don't be fooled by them. Sell your media elsewhere. Seconspin are unscrupulous robbers.

Every DVD I've purchased in the past four years has been from Secondspin most other companies charge twice as much and offer half what Secondspin offers, and they only have one tenth the inventory. Please FYE DO NOT shut down this site. They will be grievously missed.

Unethical Scam Artists I wish I had read some of the reviews before sending my CDs to them. I sent 2 copies of several CD's as their website allows when you are creating your trade-in request. Once they received them, they only paid for 1 copy of the CDs I sent. Thus keeping about 10 CDs and not paying for them. (I was promised $30 for these and got nothing) What a scam and rip-off. If it was any more money involved, I would escalate, but not worth it and they know this and will continue to rip people off in the same manner. Unethical Scam Artists

dont Deal with this company Wished I had looked at all the one star reviews before I ordered a DVD from this company... lesson learned I will from now on ... I ordered a DVD it arrived crushed on the top corners ... I emailed the company with pictures of the damage , no response , thankfully I purchased through PayPal so a case is pending, the company has 7 days to respond to PayPal if they don’t I get a refund from PayPal ... this company should be shut down !!!

I was skeptical at first because the reviews are all over the place but I compared secondspin to other companies and their quotes for buying your merchandise is higher than other companies. They didn’t take long to check over everything so I have nothing but positive things to say
