good but slow order processing sucks but all is well when it arrives

scuba.com absolutely sucks absolutely sucks - i ordered a pole spear 2 weeks before a guys fish hunting trip and they shipped me a used bent spear, nice, right. then the returns reps lied and lied and lied about when the replacement would come. never came before my trip. yay. NEVER use scuba.com. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid Scuba.com at all costs! I ordered a dive computer from Scuba.com. After two weeks, I inquired about my order. I was told that UPS tried to deliver my package, but it was not accepted by me. UPS would have left a note at my home, as they have done many times. Although they gave me a tracking number, i think the whole thing was a scam. I asked to have the item re-sent, but kept getting excuses. Now I am having trouble getting my credit card refunded. DO NOT buy from this company under any circumstance!

Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up. I have unsubscribed multiple times with no results. I contacted them directly and was told I needed to send them the email… uhhh what email would that be???? Total joke unless you like junk e-mail.

Terrible customer service ordered two… Terrible customer service ordered two 80lb tanks 2 months ago only one arrived. Immediately contacted UPS and Scuba to make claim. Have gotten nothing but a run around since, keep asking for pictures of a non-existent item that we never received! Tried disputing the order through the Credit Card company, unfortunately it is also handled by the same company so got the same run around! Would never recommend this company worst experience ever!
