Return Shipping is On You!! Don't use Scuba.com if you are buying anything you wear. They don't do free returns on anything unless it's a factory default. Sizing being off is NOT considered a factory default!!! If it's labeled a 10 and it fits like an 11, too bad so sad. There response: "It's Company Policy"

I ordered three tanks and had to return… I ordered three tanks and had to return one. The shipping company says it was delivered and provided proof. After a month of waiting for the company to "research" why I wasn't credited for the return they denied they received the item. Ultimately, they said to take it up with the shipping company and the time to file a claim with the shipping company had also elapsed. $450 lots but not forgotten. Most people were helpful trying to resolve the issue, but Callie S. was dismissive.

What consistently knowledgeable people these are! They didn't beat me up to talk me into what I didn't want. They helped match me to what I needed. Oh yes, Scuba.com's prices smoked the competition.
