I will be ordering a new body soon,that i can custom paint. Will be purchasing more from you,in the future. EDIT: After receiving a reply to my review,from rc planet... I was unaware that the menu,showing the different colors,wasn't an indication of what color i'd be ordering. My mistake,i guess. I didn't know i had to note a specific color,when ordering. Again,not a big deal,but it is a bit deceiving.

i received all the items I ordered i received all the items I ordered. The kits & sets were fine except that one of the legs of the prop balencer had the croeme peeling off it. None of the individual ball wrenches were as dipicted on the web site. I will not order from RC Planet again.

Ordered an item late Wednesday night Ordered an item late Wednesday night. Thursday evening around 7 can't find any information on my account about my purchase history or even that I ordered the item. No confirmation email nothing. Yet I call the bank and the payments pending to go through no issues on Banks end. Hopefully this gets cleared up so I don't wait a month for my items!!! Corona or not my order shouldn't even be pending in my bank account until you send a confirmation or even show on your site on my account my order lmfao!!

Bad experience Bad experience. This place has the worst management in the world. They obviously have something wrong as every 2weeks to 2 months they have new employees. It’s a revolving door it looks like. Iv spent thousands of dollars here and will never spend another dime.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I spent $570 on a rc car charger and battery. However the charger is defective and as I emailed Rcplanet (could not reach anyone on the phone) I was advised to call the warranty company) I never even used the charger and I have to pay to ship to The factory. As I email Rcplanet again to ask about the 14 bucks that I had to pay I was then offered a shipping label . I also just spent another $140 after the $570 . If I knew they treated there customers like this I would never have done so. Shame on me for not buying local.
