GBPlaced an order for n fab predator… Placed an order for n fab predator steps and was unsure if order went thru contacted 4 wheel and spoke with JP he assured me everything was a go and I recd them in less than 5 days. Needless to say I’m impressed from talking with JP and how quick there shipment was I will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future orders

GBExpert knowledge; shipping communication could improve… Expert knowledge and easy over-the-phone support. Lack of shipping communication...3 rims arrived and the 4th came from separate warehouse. Initially I thought order was miss placed. After contacting 4wheelonline they informed me the fourth was on still in transit and on it's way. I'd like to conclude this review with I placed my order over the phone and have yet to see some form of emailed receipt/ proof of purchase.

GBWant to get screwed Want to get screwed? Then these are your guys! Ordered through Amazon, they sent me the wrong part, I returned it for the right part, and they charged me a restocking fee that was more than half of the cost of item. Unreal.

GBSTAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

GBCustomer Service Non-Existent Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.
