USTerrible experience Terrible experience! Buy it somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Tried to buy a leveling kit and they never sent any correspondence, charged my card and then told me it was just “a soft charge” and they never got it. Not what the credit card company says! Had to dispute the charge and go order the part somewhere else after wasting a month arguing with the people. Extremely terrible customer service and multiple rude interaction over the phone. Sit on hold 30 minutes only to get someone who is short and then hangs up on you. Again....go elsewhere for your parts!

USOrderered the Trail Tech Voyager on… Orderered the Trail Tech Voyager on line through a Walmart link to this company. They had a clear advertisement with exact model number. 4wheelonline sent the Vapor and will not make good on the deal. A clear $hit-ass bate and switch operation from my point of view. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

USTold me they couldn’t cancel my order… Told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped. 8 hours later FedEx was notified about the shipment. Told me to call FedEx and stop delivery, then FedEx told me the seller put it stipulation on the shipment so that I couldn’t stop delivery. Told me to bring my items to FedEx and refuse delivery that way. I did that and they still fight me for my refund and keep filing appeals with PayPal so that I don’t get refunded. Have proof items have been sent back, still no refund. Send messages on eBay to taunt me. Don’t give these lowlife middlemen your money. Order directly from a respectable business, these people are scum

USOrdered four tires...still waiting for the fourth Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.

USAbsolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.
