Garbage Policy!!! I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers. It was sent thru 4wheelonline. I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax. I will never buy from this company again!!!

Excellent Customer Service I ordered my hard to find rims through 4 wheel online, I worked with JP, who gave me amazing customer service. He was friendly and funny. Being in a customer based industry myself, I like calling a company and speaking with an actual person. I would definitely do business with them again!

Hello I've been looking all over… Hello I've been looking all over internet for a set of nittos tires for my Ford Explorer I could not find them all on back order for 2 months. It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. STAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

Terrible customer service after the sale Great customer service before the sale. After the sale, had a damaged item which they refused to do anything for (not even 5% off future purchase) despite photos sent within a couple days of item receipt. Their response is they couldn’t verify if the item was damaged at the manufacturer, or by them, or by shipping provider or by me.
