GBGarbage Policy!!! I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers. It was sent thru 4wheelonline. I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax. I will never buy from this company again!!!

GBWant to get screwed Want to get screwed? Then these are your guys! Ordered through Amazon, they sent me the wrong part, I returned it for the right part, and they charged me a restocking fee that was more than half of the cost of item. Unreal.

GBTerrible customer service after the sale Great customer service before the sale. After the sale, had a damaged item which they refused to do anything for (not even 5% off future purchase) despite photos sent within a couple days of item receipt. Their response is they couldn’t verify if the item was damaged at the manufacturer, or by them, or by shipping provider or by me.

GBGreat experience JP was great to work with and assisted me with picking wheels and tires for my Jeep. When my first choice was on back order, JP recommended several tire and wheel combinations that were similar to what I had originally wanted. Tire and wheels combo arrived in the promised timeframe and look great! I will definitely use 4wheelonline again in the future.

GBAbsolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.
