Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.

They had a clear advertisement with exact model number. 4wheelonline sent the Vapor and will not make good on the deal. A clear $hit-ass bate and switch operation from my point of view. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. Great experience JP was great to work with and assisted me with picking wheels and tires for my Jeep. When my first choice was on back order, JP recommended several tire and wheel combinations that were similar to what I had originally wanted. Tire and wheels combo arrived in the promised timeframe and look great! I will definitely use 4wheelonline again in the future.

Ordered four tires...still waiting for the fourth Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.
