Terrible company Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.

It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. Expert knowledge; shipping communication could improve… Expert knowledge and easy over-the-phone support. Lack of shipping communication...3 rims arrived and the 4th came from separate warehouse. Initially I thought order was miss placed. After contacting 4wheelonline they informed me the fourth was on still in transit and on it's way. I'd like to conclude this review with I placed my order over the phone and have yet to see some form of emailed receipt/ proof of purchase.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day… Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day weekend. Sent 3 emails asking for shipping details of my order. Never received a call or email regarding issue with order. Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Don't order online and expect to get a response or your order. called twice 15minutes before closing time, no answer. Rob
