GBAbsolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.

GBExpert knowledge; shipping communication could improve… Expert knowledge and easy over-the-phone support. Lack of shipping communication...3 rims arrived and the 4th came from separate warehouse. Initially I thought order was miss placed. After contacting 4wheelonline they informed me the fourth was on still in transit and on it's way. I'd like to conclude this review with I placed my order over the phone and have yet to see some form of emailed receipt/ proof of purchase.

GBOrderered the Trail Tech Voyager on… Orderered the Trail Tech Voyager on line through a Walmart link to this company. They had a clear advertisement with exact model number. 4wheelonline sent the Vapor and will not make good on the deal. A clear $hit-ass bate and switch operation from my point of view. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

GBunprofessional I spoke with Alexander today and his parting words for me where “go f*** yourself” then hung up. I did not use any foul language with him, just expressed my unhappiness with being sold the wrong part and then not having the company do anything to correct this.
