GBCustomer Service Non-Existent Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.

GBWant to get screwed Want to get screwed? Then these are your guys! Ordered through Amazon, they sent me the wrong part, I returned it for the right part, and they charged me a restocking fee that was more than half of the cost of item. Unreal.

GBTerrible customer service after the sale Great customer service before the sale. After the sale, had a damaged item which they refused to do anything for (not even 5% off future purchase) despite photos sent within a couple days of item receipt. Their response is they couldn’t verify if the item was damaged at the manufacturer, or by them, or by shipping provider or by me.

GBOrdered wheels online on Fathers Day… Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day weekend. Sent 3 emails asking for shipping details of my order. Never received a call or email regarding issue with order. Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Don't order online and expect to get a response or your order. called twice 15minutes before closing time, no answer. Rob

GBTerrible company Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.
