Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Don't order online and expect to get a response or your order. called twice 15minutes before closing time, no answer. Rob

Ordered four tires...still waiting for the fourth Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.

Placed an order for n fab predator… Placed an order for n fab predator steps and was unsure if order went thru contacted 4 wheel and spoke with JP he assured me everything was a go and I recd them in less than 5 days. Needless to say I’m impressed from talking with JP and how quick there shipment was I will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future orders

It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. Garbage Policy!!! I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers. It was sent thru 4wheelonline. I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax. I will never buy from this company again!!!
