Excellent Customer Service I ordered my hard to find rims through 4 wheel online, I worked with JP, who gave me amazing customer service. He was friendly and funny. Being in a customer based industry myself, I like calling a company and speaking with an actual person. I would definitely do business with them again!

Hello I've been looking all over… Hello I've been looking all over internet for a set of nittos tires for my Ford Explorer I could not find them all on back order for 2 months. It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. Ordered four tires...still waiting for the fourth Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.

Placed an order for n fab predator… Placed an order for n fab predator steps and was unsure if order went thru contacted 4 wheel and spoke with JP he assured me everything was a go and I recd them in less than 5 days. Needless to say I’m impressed from talking with JP and how quick there shipment was I will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future orders

Told me they couldn’t cancel my order… Told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped. 8 hours later FedEx was notified about the shipment. Told me to call FedEx and stop delivery, then FedEx told me the seller put it stipulation on the shipment so that I couldn’t stop delivery. Told me to bring my items to FedEx and refuse delivery that way. I did that and they still fight me for my refund and keep filing appeals with PayPal so that I don’t get refunded. Have proof items have been sent back, still no refund. Send messages on eBay to taunt me. Don’t give these lowlife middlemen your money. Order directly from a respectable business, these people are scum
