Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day… Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day weekend. Sent 3 emails asking for shipping details of my order. Never received a call or email regarding issue with order. Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Customer Service Non-Existent Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.
