Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.

Ordered some wheels and one was missing… Ordered some wheels and one was missing at delivery. 4wheel online tried to blame it initially on UPS, once I called UPS and found out it wasn't their fault, the representative from 4wheel online admitted it hadn't been sent, but promised a replacement was gonna be sent ASAP. Then they come out and tell me they don't have any in stock so they're just refunding my money from the one wheel. All the while they stung me along for over a week waiting for a wheel when I could have just ordered it somewhere else. I would never order anything from them again.

It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. I'm on fixed income 4wheelonline the place to go for auto anything ...

Terrible company Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.

Garbage Policy!!! I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers. It was sent thru 4wheelonline. I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax. I will never buy from this company again!!!
