Told me they couldn’t cancel my order… Told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped. 8 hours later FedEx was notified about the shipment. Told me to call FedEx and stop delivery, then FedEx told me the seller put it stipulation on the shipment so that I couldn’t stop delivery. Told me to bring my items to FedEx and refuse delivery that way. I did that and they still fight me for my refund and keep filing appeals with PayPal so that I don’t get refunded. Have proof items have been sent back, still no refund. Send messages on eBay to taunt me. Don’t give these lowlife middlemen your money. Order directly from a respectable business, these people are scum

STAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service I ordered my hard to find rims through 4 wheel online, I worked with JP, who gave me amazing customer service. He was friendly and funny. Being in a customer based industry myself, I like calling a company and speaking with an actual person. I would definitely do business with them again!

Ordered some wheels and one was missing… Ordered some wheels and one was missing at delivery. 4wheel online tried to blame it initially on UPS, once I called UPS and found out it wasn't their fault, the representative from 4wheel online admitted it hadn't been sent, but promised a replacement was gonna be sent ASAP. Then they come out and tell me they don't have any in stock so they're just refunding my money from the one wheel. All the while they stung me along for over a week waiting for a wheel when I could have just ordered it somewhere else. I would never order anything from them again.

Terrible customer service after the sale Great customer service before the sale. After the sale, had a damaged item which they refused to do anything for (not even 5% off future purchase) despite photos sent within a couple days of item receipt. Their response is they couldn’t verify if the item was damaged at the manufacturer, or by them, or by shipping provider or by me.
