It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. Ordered some wheels and one was missing… Ordered some wheels and one was missing at delivery. 4wheel online tried to blame it initially on UPS, once I called UPS and found out it wasn't their fault, the representative from 4wheel online admitted it hadn't been sent, but promised a replacement was gonna be sent ASAP. Then they come out and tell me they don't have any in stock so they're just refunding my money from the one wheel. All the while they stung me along for over a week waiting for a wheel when I could have just ordered it somewhere else. I would never order anything from them again.

Terrible company Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.

Terrible experience Terrible experience! Buy it somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Tried to buy a leveling kit and they never sent any correspondence, charged my card and then told me it was just “a soft charge” and they never got it. Not what the credit card company says! Had to dispute the charge and go order the part somewhere else after wasting a month arguing with the people. Extremely terrible customer service and multiple rude interaction over the phone. Sit on hold 30 minutes only to get someone who is short and then hangs up on you. Again....go elsewhere for your parts!
