GBGarbage Policy!!! I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers. It was sent thru 4wheelonline. I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax. I will never buy from this company again!!!

GBExpert knowledge; shipping communication could improve… Expert knowledge and easy over-the-phone support. Lack of shipping communication...3 rims arrived and the 4th came from separate warehouse. Initially I thought order was miss placed. After contacting 4wheelonline they informed me the fourth was on still in transit and on it's way. I'd like to conclude this review with I placed my order over the phone and have yet to see some form of emailed receipt/ proof of purchase.

GBCustomer Service Non-Existent Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.

GBTold me they couldn’t cancel my order… Told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped. 8 hours later FedEx was notified about the shipment. Told me to call FedEx and stop delivery, then FedEx told me the seller put it stipulation on the shipment so that I couldn’t stop delivery. Told me to bring my items to FedEx and refuse delivery that way. I did that and they still fight me for my refund and keep filing appeals with PayPal so that I don’t get refunded. Have proof items have been sent back, still no refund. Send messages on eBay to taunt me. Don’t give these lowlife middlemen your money. Order directly from a respectable business, these people are scum

GBAbsolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 4 wheels they did not fit correctly. Tried numerous times to return them, emails ignored, phone calls were dismissive. Finally opened dispute with CC company - got my money back but it took months. I actually don't think they are intentionally scamming people - just horrible customer service.
