GBOrdered four tires...still waiting for the fourth Ordered four tires, three arrived. I understand things happen that cause delays, but good customer service can help the situation. After waiting nearly two weeks for the fourth tire, I called customer service. The rep wasn't helpful with answering questions about discounting/returning the tires. Cancelled two appointments to have the tires installed. Would not recommend buying from 4Wheel Online.

GBOrdered wheels online on Fathers Day… Ordered wheels online on Fathers Day weekend. Sent 3 emails asking for shipping details of my order. Never received a call or email regarding issue with order. Never received my order. Only positive to this experience was that my Credit Card was not charged. Don't order online and expect to get a response or your order. called twice 15minutes before closing time, no answer. Rob

GBCustomer Service Non-Existent Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.

GBSTAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience! Buy it somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Tried to buy a leveling kit and they never sent any correspondence, charged my card and then told me it was just “a soft charge” and they never got it. Not what the credit card company says! Had to dispute the charge and go order the part somewhere else after wasting a month arguing with the people. Extremely terrible customer service and multiple rude interaction over the phone. Sit on hold 30 minutes only to get someone who is short and then hangs up on you. Again....go elsewhere for your parts!
