Ordered some wheels and one was missing… Ordered some wheels and one was missing at delivery. 4wheel online tried to blame it initially on UPS, once I called UPS and found out it wasn't their fault, the representative from 4wheel online admitted it hadn't been sent, but promised a replacement was gonna be sent ASAP. Then they come out and tell me they don't have any in stock so they're just refunding my money from the one wheel. All the while they stung me along for over a week waiting for a wheel when I could have just ordered it somewhere else. I would never order anything from them again.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! These guys are nothing but straight up a** holes and liars!! I ordered wheel and tire package supposed to be mounted and “balanced”, came in with 95-105 lbs of air in each and not one wheel had been balanced! Then after I took them to a local shop had the balanced sent the receipt to 4wheelonline I was basically called a liar and and he said he 100% balanced these wheels even after I sent pictures of the wheels after being balanced and a picture of the receipt having them done WITH the VIN# of my truck in which I also gave them so they could program the tpms sensors. Save yourself some huge headaches and go somewhere else!!!!!

Great experience JP was great to work with and assisted me with picking wheels and tires for my Jeep. When my first choice was on back order, JP recommended several tire and wheel combinations that were similar to what I had originally wanted. Tire and wheels combo arrived in the promised timeframe and look great! I will definitely use 4wheelonline again in the future.

Hello I've been looking all over… Hello I've been looking all over internet for a set of nittos tires for my Ford Explorer I could not find them all on back order for 2 months. It's been tough I called through TTY /Text service I'm hearing impaired your customer team there was great and I was shown a alternate choice in same size all season tires Falken Tires A/s. I am very happy I received great support help from CSR JP .He was helpful and patiently something I don't understand about tires sizes . I got also got great price saved over $ dollars. I'm on fixed income 4wheelonline the place to go for auto anything ...

Terrible experience Terrible experience! Buy it somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Tried to buy a leveling kit and they never sent any correspondence, charged my card and then told me it was just “a soft charge” and they never got it. Not what the credit card company says! Had to dispute the charge and go order the part somewhere else after wasting a month arguing with the people. Extremely terrible customer service and multiple rude interaction over the phone. Sit on hold 30 minutes only to get someone who is short and then hangs up on you. Again....go elsewhere for your parts!
