Yelled to be, “don’t be putting nothing big up on that belt.” I asked what she considered big and she said, “I ain’t liftin’ no soda.” I decided to go to another line, but then decided to just leave my full cart and go to Walmart.

Two plastic bottle machines were broken, glass machine worked, aluminum can machine worked for a short time. Customer service personnel stated she couldn’t take the plastic and aluminum can deposits. Went to ShopRite-plastic and aluminum can deposits were taken care of in 3 mins. At BJ’s No reason was given by associate:her and manager-Jose. I noticed the store manager and two associates were just standing around chit chatting while I stood in line to pay for my merchandise. I got photos. Management level people need to be changed asap. I called the 1-800 #. No response as of 12/28/23. Shoppers, please shop elsewhere. ShopRite is clean and associates are helpful and friendly.

BJ's Falls Church, VA BJ's Wholesale Club, Falls Church, VA. Both IAN and PETER in the produce section went into the back area and brought out bulk carrots and bagged kale for me. They were very helpful, smiled easily and were great representatives of customer service. Also, SHANDANA in customer service has always been extremely friendly and helpful. My experience with the quality of employees at BJ's Falls Church has been very favorable.

I shop at BJ's both on-line and inside… I shop at BJ's both on-line and inside the club. Their app is easy to use and they offer great coupons. The quality of merchandise is excellent, including fresh produce and meat. I've found that many of the Berkley & Jensen store brand items are an excellent product at good savings vs. brand names. If you use curbside pickup they're quick and professional. I really appreciate the sale at good prices of both propane and gasoline.
