GBBJ's has terrible credit card service BJ's has terrible credit card service. If you don't want to make a payment or check balance online, the wait time to speak with a representative exceeds 60 minutes. They also change account numbers without notice so that on-time electronic payments do not arrive by due date, which generates interest. This is a fraud practice in my state.

GBstale carrot cake I've shopped at the Clay NY location for about 2 years. I have to be observant of prices because many items are cheaper elsewhere. But my biggest complaint by far, is their bakery. The Wellsley Farms baked goods are never good. Recently purchased a 2-layer round carrot cake, it was dry, stale, and lacked flavor. Carrot cake should contain shredded carrot, raisins, walnuts, and some recipes pineapple; this cake had hardly any of the ingredients. The whole cake had maybe 8 raisins total, no nuts that I could detect, and only once did I find a single piece of shredded carrot. It was basically a dry stale spice cake. Definitely not worth the $20 spent.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Cashier was nasty. Yelled to be, “don’t be putting nothing big up on that belt.” I asked what she considered big and she said, “I ain’t liftin’ no soda.” I decided to go to another line, but then decided to just leave my full cart and go to Walmart.

GBManagement is awful Management is awful, maybe if they stop micro managing and become team player , jump in and help out. 7 time I have gone there and no one working at the food stand, they say we have no one to work the concession. But will have a greeter at the entrance. So not needed!!!..other employees standing around talking. Like the lady was today . She could have kept it open if she worked it instead of socializing with a cashier.

DEBJ's should get out of the fruits and vegetables buisness BJ's non-perishable goods and packed/sealed perishables like cheeses, juices, etc. are fine. However, many fresh fruit and vegetable items are not. I recently purchased a bag of tangerines and one of blueberries from their Port Orange store. The tangerines were mostly rotten and had to be disposed of and ½ of the blueberries were spoiled.
