BJ's has terrible credit card service BJ's has terrible credit card service. If you don't want to make a payment or check balance online, the wait time to speak with a representative exceeds 60 minutes. They also change account numbers without notice so that on-time electronic payments do not arrive by due date, which generates interest. This is a fraud practice in my state.

Absolutely appalling service. Absolutely appalling service. Two miserable men having to work and deliver my product despite being delivery drivers Beyond rude,difficult to get them to deliver in room of choice,every excuse going. Difficulty getting them to open and removing packaging despite agreed on contract. Barely spoke unlese to complain about the job. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company like the plague . LIZ

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP . DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP .. BJS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... THEY RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND I HAD A NEW MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT WENT UNPAID AND OVER 100 POINTS CAME OFF MY CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE THEY USED A MASTERCARD / BJS CARD THAT I CANCELLED WHEN I MOVED FROM NEW YORK ... NOW I HAVE TO FILE DISPUTES W ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS..

Bad customer service !!! Bad customer service !!!! I called them two weeks ago about returning a water cooler since it was defective. The agent said I would be contacted in three days and a pickup would be arranged. Never happened!!! No followup. Horrible customer service and communication among workers!!! Uneven bought a warranty from them. Don't deal with this company !!!

Don't buy your tires there Don't buy your tires there, they won't rotate them. ON 10/10/18 no cars in bay and no one waiting and he turned me and another lady down said make an appointment. OK with no one there and bays all empty where were you busy? We drove 2 hr to get there. We didn't make an appointment as we didn't know what time we would arrive, as we had previous appointment before arriving at BJ's. Rude & unprofessional
