What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

GPS "RIP OFF" CITY BUYER BEWARE I ordered a garmin fishfinder. I then found a newer model $200 cheaper at Cabelas. I never opened the package and returned it with the label they sent me. Today they notified me that they were deducting $200 because the unit came back in a "unsellable" condition. That's funny since the damn package was never opened! I contacted customer service and was told my case was closed and to take it up with Ebay. I filed a complaint with Ebay. They sided with me and the full refund was issued. Thanks Ebay, screw you gps rip off city!!!

WORST STORE The most terrible service in the world, I ordered a watch for my son, at first I was inundated with requests for documents, then after 3 days I threw them off I was told that the person who should check these documents was not available at the workplace, in the end I was told that I needed to make an account paypal !! Avoid is the best advice I can offer Avoid is the best advice I can offer. Yes they will answer your enquiries but the reply will be no answer at all. Just a blind reply from a list of answers they have in front of them. and what can only amount to Cheek as a blind reply, Imagine talking to a parrot. They did not pass on Fedex info in order for me to collect the item I purchased, Weeks passed before i could get my item and that was after stopping a Fedex driver and asking him to find my item. Now months after getting the item im being taken to court by Fedex for a bill This lot should have paid or notifying me there was a problem...Disaster..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
