GBFalse advertisements I was shopping around for Garmin Livescope System. I saw that GPScity listed the item will be in stock on April 25th, 2022. I was suspicious of the in stock date. Every other sites had this item in backorder, or earliest in stock date was May 2nd. But due to the timing of my first trip with my family, I took a risk and cancelled my pre-order from BassPro and placed an order with GPScity. On April 25th, I contacted GPScity regarding the status of my order via online support chat. The representative (Joey) said the item is currently not available until mid May. GPScity apparently didn't update their website. How convenient for them to make such mistakes? I fell for their trap. I ended up losing my place that I cancelled my pre-order and would not able to get the item I wanted in time for my trip. Buyers, please becareful of this GPScity. Don't trust this website. And definitely do not cancel your orders from elsewhere to purchase your item from this site.

GBPurchased a Garmin echoMAP PLUS 94sv… Purchased a Garmin echoMAP PLUS 94sv from GPS City on Ebay. I ordered it ahead of my new boat being rigged so it was ready when the boat was done. I ended up buying a different boat than expected that already had electronics installed. They clearly stated in the ad that returns were accepted so I returned the item unopened other than the shipping box that it came in. GPS city deducted $110.00 from the return stating that the box had been opened and could not be sold as new. Total BS! I will never buy anything from this crooked store again! I have filed a case with ebay to recover the rest of my $. Hopefully this company will go out of business soon since they can not seem to understand the difference between good and bad business!

GBGreat price for Fenix 5 Slate Gray and great service From GPS City GPS City had a great price for a Fenix 5 Slate Gray. I was concerned about it being literally new because of the price, but true enough it was. The unit looks beautiful and even though it has only been a few hours since receiving it, so far everything works flawlessly. GPS City was quick to fill the order, and although I personally paid to have it delivered overnight, it was delivered on time as expected. They answer every email, and they cordially and professionally take calls. Great to do business with and genuine to their word.

GBMy package arrived postage due ($8.50) My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

CAVery poor support, questionable product origins and quality Purchased a supposedly new GPS from GPScity.ca 2 months ago. Didn't work correctly since day one and potentially was a re-manufactured or open box item. Unit stopped working completely last week. Support seemed to take pleasure in refusing to stand behind their sale and referred me to the manufacturer. Save yourself the headache and find a seller who stands behind what they sell.
