GBAvoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.

CAVery poor support, questionable product origins and quality Purchased a supposedly new GPS from GPScity.ca 2 months ago. Didn't work correctly since day one and potentially was a re-manufactured or open box item. Unit stopped working completely last week. Support seemed to take pleasure in refusing to stand behind their sale and referred me to the manufacturer. Save yourself the headache and find a seller who stands behind what they sell.

GBTerrific Pricing, Rapid Shipping, Excellent Customer Service I have now dealt with GPS City since 6/2011, and have always received prompt, accurate service and fair pricing on all orders, to date. My latest purchases, a Garmin zumo 595LM, and subsequent order for the tire pressure sensors, both went flawlessly. The first order, the GPS unit, was shipped next working day, and arrived on time, in prefect condition. The second part of my latest experience, the sensors, involved a query to sales, which was answered same day by their Director for Online Sales, and was also shipped immediately, arriving a day ahead of estimated arrival. I am pleased with the devices (my choice, over which they have little control) and extremely pleased by the continuing good service from GPS City. Kudos!

THSteer WELL CLEAR of GPS City. Steer WELL CLEAR of GPS City. I purchased a 610 Montana new from them. It failed within 12 months. They replaced it with a used, apparantly refurbished unit. History unknown? Yes GAVE ME A SECOND HAND UNIT. Now some 30 months later the outer case has rotted & the on/off button has disintegrated. GPS City don't want to know. Disreputable customer service.

GBMy package arrived postage due ($8.50) My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?
