UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL GPSCITY!!! Ordered an item on 1st April and gpscity sent an email indicating the item has been shipped. June I sent an email to enquire where the item is no responses until numerous emails sent and William the customer rep said they have to lodge lost item claim and I can choose other item..I opted for refund due to poor service..when they decided to refund me i didnt get the full refund citing they dont refund shipping costs..Question to the company is why am I charged shipping costs for item not received..All I received is they are sorry and no shipping costs refund..This is ABSOLUTE UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL business..My complaint is the same as user mamluk73..

GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

Hidden exorbitant shipping fees! I placed an order for a small, lightweight $20 item from GPSCity. It would be shipped via ground from Las Vegas to CA. At no point during the checkout process were the shipping charges clearly displayed or obvious. When the item arrived and I looked at the enclosed invoice, GPSCity had charged me $50 to ship this small, very lightweight box. Unreal! What an absolutely scumbag thing to do. If I had any indication that they were going to do this I would have never placed the transaction. Stay far away from this online store, do not place orders here. I am trying to get that money back through my CC company.

Very poor support, questionable product origins and quality Purchased a supposedly new GPS from GPScity.ca 2 months ago. Didn't work correctly since day one and potentially was a re-manufactured or open box item. Unit stopped working completely last week. Support seemed to take pleasure in refusing to stand behind their sale and referred me to the manufacturer. Save yourself the headache and find a seller who stands behind what they sell.

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.
