Terrific Pricing, Rapid Shipping, Excellent Customer Service I have now dealt with GPS City since 6/2011, and have always received prompt, accurate service and fair pricing on all orders, to date. My latest purchases, a Garmin zumo 595LM, and subsequent order for the tire pressure sensors, both went flawlessly. The first order, the GPS unit, was shipped next working day, and arrived on time, in prefect condition. The second part of my latest experience, the sensors, involved a query to sales, which was answered same day by their Director for Online Sales, and was also shipped immediately, arriving a day ahead of estimated arrival. I am pleased with the devices (my choice, over which they have little control) and extremely pleased by the continuing good service from GPS City. Kudos!

I ordered or tried to order a Tripleshot transducer I ordered or tried to order a Triple shot transducer and was very explicit what I wanted... When I got the confirmation what they were shipping me was in fact this item.. When I called back to verify that this was the tripleshot the rep said it was yet when I looked up the part number on Amazon it wasnt... When the part shipped I got an email with the shipping and what shipped and again no mention of the tripleshot so again I called to verify... I was rudely told that this was my 3rd call about this and that they in fact shipped the tripleshot and the rep refuse to look up the part number to verify ... well I received the transducer and sure enough it WASNT the tripleshot as I had been asking for... So bottom line I would not recommend buying anything from GPS City for fear I wont get what I wanted and or having to deal with their customer service

GPSCity ship faulty customer returns to new customers! I bought a refurbished Garmin Nuvi 2589LMT from GSPCity. The unit had a damaged screen when it arrived. It also had personal customer data on it (tracks from customer's home, etc.). I contacted GSPCity and they explained they do not test any units they ship. They send out what ever they get returned without knowing what the fault was! So I get a known faulty unit from another customer. They explained I could ship it back at my expense and they would consider a refund! I now have a wait of several months to find out if I get any money back. The most deplorable example of customer service ever to ship a known faulty unit to another customer and then make them pay to ask for a refund!!!

Just a blind reply from a list of answers they have in front of them. and what can only amount to Cheek as a blind reply, Imagine talking to a parrot. They did not pass on Fedex info in order for me to collect the item I purchased, Weeks passed before i could get my item and that was after stopping a Fedex driver and asking him to find my item. Now months after getting the item im being taken to court by Fedex for a bill This lot should have paid or notifying me there was a problem...Disaster..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

False advertisements I was shopping around for Garmin Livescope System. I saw that GPScity listed the item will be in stock on April 25th, 2022. I was suspicious of the in stock date. Every other sites had this item in backorder, or earliest in stock date was May 2nd. But due to the timing of my first trip with my family, I took a risk and cancelled my pre-order from BassPro and placed an order with GPScity. On April 25th, I contacted GPScity regarding the status of my order via online support chat. The representative (Joey) said the item is currently not available until mid May. GPScity apparently didn't update their website. How convenient for them to make such mistakes? I fell for their trap. I ended up losing my place that I cancelled my pre-order and would not able to get the item I wanted in time for my trip. Buyers, please becareful of this GPScity. Don't trust this website. And definitely do not cancel your orders from elsewhere to purchase your item from this site.
