GPS "RIP OFF" CITY BUYER BEWARE I ordered a garmin fishfinder. I then found a newer model $200 cheaper at Cabelas. I never opened the package and returned it with the label they sent me. Today they notified me that they were deducting $200 because the unit came back in a "unsellable" condition. That's funny since the damn package was never opened! I contacted customer service and was told my case was closed and to take it up with Ebay. I filed a complaint with Ebay. They sided with me and the full refund was issued. Thanks Ebay, screw you gps rip off city!!!

I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

I ordered or tried to order a Tripleshot transducer I ordered or tried to order a Triple shot transducer and was very explicit what I wanted... When I got the confirmation what they were shipping me was in fact this item.. When I called back to verify that this was the tripleshot the rep said it was yet when I looked up the part number on Amazon it wasnt... When the part shipped I got an email with the shipping and what shipped and again no mention of the tripleshot so again I called to verify... I was rudely told that this was my 3rd call about this and that they in fact shipped the tripleshot and the rep refuse to look up the part number to verify ... well I received the transducer and sure enough it WASNT the tripleshot as I had been asking for... So bottom line I would not recommend buying anything from GPS City for fear I wont get what I wanted and or having to deal with their customer service

False advertisements I was shopping around for Garmin Livescope System. I saw that GPScity listed the item will be in stock on April 25th, 2022. I was suspicious of the in stock date. Every other sites had this item in backorder, or earliest in stock date was May 2nd. But due to the timing of my first trip with my family, I took a risk and cancelled my pre-order from BassPro and placed an order with GPScity. On April 25th, I contacted GPScity regarding the status of my order via online support chat. The representative (Joey) said the item is currently not available until mid May. GPScity apparently didn't update their website. How convenient for them to make such mistakes? I fell for their trap. I ended up losing my place that I cancelled my pre-order and would not able to get the item I wanted in time for my trip. Buyers, please becareful of this GPScity. Don't trust this website. And definitely do not cancel your orders from elsewhere to purchase your item from this site.

Didn't get what I ordered and I pay and wait for the return I ordered a garmin chart. I received an sd card but there was no chart on the sd card. I was told I had to return sd card, and when received they would send me a new one. I asked for expedited shipping and was refused. Company is making no effort at all to make up for a ridiculous mistake on their part. Apparently no one there cares either to send the right product in the first place or to try to speed up the return--of course I have to pay the cost of the return and based on other reviews I see, I wonder if they will claim they never got it. Terrible experience.
