Very poor support, questionable product origins and quality Purchased a supposedly new GPS from GPScity.ca 2 months ago. Didn't work correctly since day one and potentially was a re-manufactured or open box item. Unit stopped working completely last week. Support seemed to take pleasure in refusing to stand behind their sale and referred me to the manufacturer. Save yourself the headache and find a seller who stands behind what they sell.

Great price for Fenix 5 Slate Gray and great service From GPS City GPS City had a great price for a Fenix 5 Slate Gray. I was concerned about it being literally new because of the price, but true enough it was. The unit looks beautiful and even though it has only been a few hours since receiving it, so far everything works flawlessly. GPS City was quick to fill the order, and although I personally paid to have it delivered overnight, it was delivered on time as expected. They answer every email, and they cordially and professionally take calls. Great to do business with and genuine to their word.

GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.
