Just a blind reply from a list of answers they have in front of them. and what can only amount to Cheek as a blind reply, Imagine talking to a parrot. They did not pass on Fedex info in order for me to collect the item I purchased, Weeks passed before i could get my item and that was after stopping a Fedex driver and asking him to find my item. Now months after getting the item im being taken to court by Fedex for a bill This lot should have paid or notifying me there was a problem...Disaster..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

WORST STORE The most terrible service in the world, I ordered a watch for my son, at first I was inundated with requests for documents, then after 3 days I threw them off I was told that the person who should check these documents was not available at the workplace, in the end I was told that I needed to make an account paypal !! I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.
