WORST STORE The most terrible service in the world, I ordered a watch for my son, at first I was inundated with requests for documents, then after 3 days I threw them off I was told that the person who should check these documents was not available at the workplace, in the end I was told that I needed to make an account paypal !! Just a blind reply from a list of answers they have in front of them. and what can only amount to Cheek as a blind reply, Imagine talking to a parrot. They did not pass on Fedex info in order for me to collect the item I purchased, Weeks passed before i could get my item and that was after stopping a Fedex driver and asking him to find my item. Now months after getting the item im being taken to court by Fedex for a bill This lot should have paid or notifying me there was a problem...Disaster..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.

What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

False advertisements I was shopping around for Garmin Livescope System. I saw that GPScity listed the item will be in stock on April 25th, 2022. I was suspicious of the in stock date. Every other sites had this item in backorder, or earliest in stock date was May 2nd. But due to the timing of my first trip with my family, I took a risk and cancelled my pre-order from BassPro and placed an order with GPScity. On April 25th, I contacted GPScity regarding the status of my order via online support chat. The representative (Joey) said the item is currently not available until mid May. GPScity apparently didn't update their website. How convenient for them to make such mistakes? I fell for their trap. I ended up losing my place that I cancelled my pre-order and would not able to get the item I wanted in time for my trip. Buyers, please becareful of this GPScity. Don't trust this website. And definitely do not cancel your orders from elsewhere to purchase your item from this site.
