GPS CITY I received an email stating my credit card company said my address was wrong, however when I checked my credit card the transaction had already gone through. The rep stated that it was flagged by GPS CITY. The rep would not provide me with any other numbers or any information on how I could clear this up. When I went to the website and clicked on support chat the same rep was on chat as well. I felt disrespected.

Purchased a Garmin echoMAP PLUS 94sv… Purchased a Garmin echoMAP PLUS 94sv from GPS City on Ebay. I ordered it ahead of my new boat being rigged so it was ready when the boat was done. I ended up buying a different boat than expected that already had electronics installed. They clearly stated in the ad that returns were accepted so I returned the item unopened other than the shipping box that it came in. GPS city deducted $110.00 from the return stating that the box had been opened and could not be sold as new. Total BS! I will never buy anything from this crooked store again! I have filed a case with ebay to recover the rest of my $. Hopefully this company will go out of business soon since they can not seem to understand the difference between good and bad business!

I have been doing business with GPS… I have been doing business with GPS City for as long as I can remember, at least 10-15 years. They are my go to source for all things Garmin and Ram mount. The only time I go elsewhere is if I have a support issue that must be addressed by Garmin. Otherwise I turn to GPS City for all my GPS, watch and Ram Mount needs. Their service can't be beat and their responsiveness is better than 99% of other online vendors. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company Buy from a reputable seller like REI or Moosejaw. They charge exorbitant restocking fees on items sent back in unopened condition even when they state they want. Claimed item was used and refuse to refund me the restocking fee. Shady business practices.
