WORST STORE The most terrible service in the world, I ordered a watch for my son, at first I was inundated with requests for documents, then after 3 days I threw them off I was told that the person who should check these documents was not available at the workplace, in the end I was told that I needed to make an account paypal !! WORST STORE IN THE WORLD !!

I ordered or tried to order a Tripleshot transducer I ordered or tried to order a Triple shot transducer and was very explicit what I wanted... When I got the confirmation what they were shipping me was in fact this item.. When I called back to verify that this was the tripleshot the rep said it was yet when I looked up the part number on Amazon it wasnt... When the part shipped I got an email with the shipping and what shipped and again no mention of the tripleshot so again I called to verify... I was rudely told that this was my 3rd call about this and that they in fact shipped the tripleshot and the rep refuse to look up the part number to verify ... well I received the transducer and sure enough it WASNT the tripleshot as I had been asking for... So bottom line I would not recommend buying anything from GPS City for fear I wont get what I wanted and or having to deal with their customer service

Avoid is the best advice I can offer Avoid is the best advice I can offer. Yes they will answer your enquiries but the reply will be no answer at all. Just a blind reply from a list of answers they have in front of them. and what can only amount to Cheek as a blind reply, Imagine talking to a parrot. They did not pass on Fedex info in order for me to collect the item I purchased, Weeks passed before i could get my item and that was after stopping a Fedex driver and asking him to find my item. Now months after getting the item im being taken to court by Fedex for a bill This lot should have paid or notifying me there was a problem...Disaster..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Great price for Fenix 5 Slate Gray and great service From GPS City GPS City had a great price for a Fenix 5 Slate Gray. I was concerned about it being literally new because of the price, but true enough it was. The unit looks beautiful and even though it has only been a few hours since receiving it, so far everything works flawlessly. GPS City was quick to fill the order, and although I personally paid to have it delivered overnight, it was delivered on time as expected. They answer every email, and they cordially and professionally take calls. Great to do business with and genuine to their word.

UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL GPSCITY!!! Ordered an item on 1st April and gpscity sent an email indicating the item has been shipped. June I sent an email to enquire where the item is no responses until numerous emails sent and William the customer rep said they have to lodge lost item claim and I can choose other item..I opted for refund due to poor service..when they decided to refund me i didnt get the full refund citing they dont refund shipping costs..Question to the company is why am I charged shipping costs for item not received..All I received is they are sorry and no shipping costs refund..This is ABSOLUTE UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL business..My complaint is the same as user mamluk73..
