Poor customer service Poor customer service. Did not honor 25%off coupon. Received damaged item. Did not respond to multiple email until I posted a case with PayPal. Finally, acknowleged me and sent return label. Then never sent replacement until I escalated claim on PayPal.

Just to get the shipping label took days and had to send photos of the damage case. Poor packing and customer service never again service sucks

Another thing is that their website is not very well managed and is sometimes confusing. I ordered a vinyl LP, which I thought is Pink Floyd The Wall, however, when I placed and paid the order, I found out, that it was a tribute album. I sent them an immediate request for cancellation of the order. No reaction, no reaction either for my three following requests.

Most material we get directly from the labels, but having one station that features classic jazz occasionally we reach out and buy recordings from retailers to satisfy and meet our listeners expectations. EVERY TIME I have purchased items from Import CD's there are issues. First, it just took forever and the cases were always cracked (they just drop the CD in an envelope with NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER, now the items we purchase don't even show up. There business ethics are so bad, I paid our attorney to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.
