Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" --- Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" when the package clearly states and this company MUST have known that this DVD was "Region 2" and unplayable on North American equipment. Had to work through Amazon.ca and so was doubly a mess. This company not only misrepresents their products, but they have non-existent customer service. They include a handy return address sheet, but the package came back to me as "undeliverable"--using their own supplied return address. They never responded once to all of the messages sent to them from Amazon.ca. A totally unreliable company all around.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Great product, fast shipping, contact could be better I ordered 1 CD and it arrived quite fast despite the Covid-19 situation. The CD is even better than I had expected (the jewel case is inside a cardboard sleeve, it is fabric sealed and has a hype sticker on it). The reason I gave 4 stars is because their customer service is not the greatest (they replied late to my e-mail and their answer had nothing to do with my question), but I got my answer eventually. Even though this was my first and only order, I recommend buying from them. Just use PayPal to be sure of buyer protection.

Received ordered CD case damaged Received ordered CD damaged they offered 10 % that I felt was not enough had them send a prepaid label to ship back to them only received the cost of the CD not the shipping. Just to get the shipping label took days and had to send photos of the damage case. Poor packing and customer service never again service sucks

FAKE CDS! Copying and selling without permission! This company is duplicating my CD and selling without my permission! These are FAKE CDs and importcds is not authorized to sell, I have no distribution agreement with them and get nothing from them. Buyer beware...they are copying the original CD. I suspect they are doing this on a good many of items they advertise, when you pre-order a CD they will burn you a copy.
