ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE The company ImportCDs has maybe quite good prices, but the main minus is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another thing is that their website is not very well managed and is sometimes confusing. I ordered a vinyl LP, which I thought is Pink Floyd The Wall, however, when I placed and paid the order, I found out, that it was a tribute album. I sent them an immediate request for cancellation of the order. No reaction, no reaction either for my three following requests.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Avoid Avoid! Totally unprofessional! Ordered a box set months ahead of release. Release day comes and no order. Several vague emails later, they are saying they would notify me. Item is now back ordered. Going to cancel and go with a company that cares about service

Great product, fast shipping, contact could be better I ordered 1 CD and it arrived quite fast despite the Covid-19 situation. The CD is even better than I had expected (the jewel case is inside a cardboard sleeve, it is fabric sealed and has a hype sticker on it). The reason I gave 4 stars is because their customer service is not the greatest (they replied late to my e-mail and their answer had nothing to do with my question), but I got my answer eventually. Even though this was my first and only order, I recommend buying from them. Just use PayPal to be sure of buyer protection.

Been buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.
