Avoid Avoid! Totally unprofessional! Ordered a box set months ahead of release. Release day comes and no order. Several vague emails later, they are saying they would notify me. Item is now back ordered. Going to cancel and go with a company that cares about service

Sent me a 2nd hand CD; Refused to refund. I agree with the other reviews. Everything is fine, until you get a problem. Then no customer support. I bought a CD advertised as new; they sent a used CD, dirty, marks on booklet; then refused to refund or make a re-delivery. The customer representative sarcastically told me I could cancel the order and return an "unwanted" item at my own expense.

sadly not worth it! had to file a complaint with paypal when importcds refused to answer emails or provide refund for items not shipped and charged twice. you might save a few bucks ordering from them and for many years I used them for hundred of orders. But once your get a problem they are not helpful, no matter how faithful you have been as a customer or how polite and patient you are. I am happy I used paypal, they saved my day. once paypal made refunds for transactions importcds blocked my customer account, even if they did wrong in the first place. thats what you get for being a faithful customer. so stay away, put your money elsewhere.

Another thing is that their website is not very well managed and is sometimes confusing. I ordered a vinyl LP, which I thought is Pink Floyd The Wall, however, when I placed and paid the order, I found out, that it was a tribute album. I sent them an immediate request for cancellation of the order. No reaction, no reaction either for my three following requests.
