No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Did not honor 25%off coupon. Received damaged item. Did not respond to multiple email until I posted a case with PayPal. Finally, acknowleged me and sent return label. Then never sent replacement until I escalated claim on PayPal.

sadly not worth it! had to file a complaint with paypal when importcds refused to answer emails or provide refund for items not shipped and charged twice. you might save a few bucks ordering from them and for many years I used them for hundred of orders. But once your get a problem they are not helpful, no matter how faithful you have been as a customer or how polite and patient you are. I am happy I used paypal, they saved my day. once paypal made refunds for transactions importcds blocked my customer account, even if they did wrong in the first place. thats what you get for being a faithful customer. so stay away, put your money elsewhere.

THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs! Everything that I have bought from them is a pirated copy. Do not support this company. If your not sure how to tell if your dvd is pirated copy, YOUTUBE has lots of tutorials on the subject.

Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" --- Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" when the package clearly states and this company MUST have known that this DVD was "Region 2" and unplayable on North American equipment. Had to work through Amazon.ca and so was doubly a mess. This company not only misrepresents their products, but they have non-existent customer service. They include a handy return address sheet, but the package came back to me as "undeliverable"--using their own supplied return address. They never responded once to all of the messages sent to them from Amazon.ca. A totally unreliable company all around.
