Avoid Avoid! Totally unprofessional! Ordered a box set months ahead of release. Release day comes and no order. Several vague emails later, they are saying they would notify me. Item is now back ordered. Going to cancel and go with a company that cares about service

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Did not honor 25%off coupon. Received damaged item. Did not respond to multiple email until I posted a case with PayPal. Finally, acknowleged me and sent return label. Then never sent replacement until I escalated claim on PayPal.

Received ordered CD case damaged Received ordered CD damaged they offered 10 % that I felt was not enough had them send a prepaid label to ship back to them only received the cost of the CD not the shipping. Just to get the shipping label took days and had to send photos of the damage case. Poor packing and customer service never again service sucks

THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs! Everything that I have bought from them is a pirated copy. Do not support this company. If your not sure how to tell if your dvd is pirated copy, YOUTUBE has lots of tutorials on the subject.
