WARNING do not buy from these guys Purchased an album from ImportCD via eBay several months back. The wrong item arrived and when I wanted to return it they advise that they had no “free returns” set up with Australia, I needed to pay for the return, I provided them with a quote for return post and confirmed again that they would pay it. To cut a long story short, album returned which they refunded the cost of, but after weeks of we will refund the postage cost I. 3-5 days there response now is just “refer to eBay”. Yes there prices are good, there freight is sketchy at best, but do not buy from these guys if you in Australia as they will not assist when they get it wrong.

Been buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.

THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs! Everything that I have bought from them is a pirated copy. Do not support this company. If your not sure how to tell if your dvd is pirated copy, YOUTUBE has lots of tutorials on the subject.

Great prices, quick delivery to UK Having seen some of the other reviews I was a little apprehensive however I took the plunge and ordered 2 SACDs at a really good price. I needn't of worried they arrived with me after 10 days, well packaged and I was able to track the order from the US to UK.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.
