AUWARNING do not buy from these guys Purchased an album from ImportCD via eBay several months back. The wrong item arrived and when I wanted to return it they advise that they had no “free returns” set up with Australia, I needed to pay for the return, I provided them with a quote for return post and confirmed again that they would pay it. To cut a long story short, album returned which they refunded the cost of, but after weeks of we will refund the postage cost I. 3-5 days there response now is just “refer to eBay”. Yes there prices are good, there freight is sketchy at best, but do not buy from these guys if you in Australia as they will not assist when they get it wrong.

GBBeen buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.

AUABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE The company ImportCDs has maybe quite good prices, but the main minus is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another thing is that their website is not very well managed and is sometimes confusing. I ordered a vinyl LP, which I thought is Pink Floyd The Wall, however, when I placed and paid the order, I found out, that it was a tribute album. I sent them an immediate request for cancellation of the order. No reaction, no reaction either for my three following requests.

GBThis site is amazing This site is amazing, great prices for audiophile pressings and truly astounding at their inventory management. I have ordered from them numerous times and never had a cancellation of a particular item because they run a tight ship and only list something as "in stock" if they have it in their warehouse. Don't trust the voluntary response bias on this page about a few people that had some bad orders. There are those of us out there that trust and love this site. If you don't believe me, trust their ebay profile(s) reviews.

GBReceived ordered CD case damaged Received ordered CD damaged they offered 10 % that I felt was not enough had them send a prepaid label to ship back to them only received the cost of the CD not the shipping. Just to get the shipping label took days and had to send photos of the damage case. Poor packing and customer service never again service sucks
