Great product, fast shipping, contact could be better I ordered 1 CD and it arrived quite fast despite the Covid-19 situation. The CD is even better than I had expected (the jewel case is inside a cardboard sleeve, it is fabric sealed and has a hype sticker on it). The reason I gave 4 stars is because their customer service is not the greatest (they replied late to my e-mail and their answer had nothing to do with my question), but I got my answer eventually. Even though this was my first and only order, I recommend buying from them. Just use PayPal to be sure of buyer protection.

FAKE CDS! Copying and selling without permission! This company is duplicating my CD and selling without my permission! These are FAKE CDs and importcds is not authorized to sell, I have no distribution agreement with them and get nothing from them. Buyer beware...they are copying the original CD. I suspect they are doing this on a good many of items they advertise, when you pre-order a CD they will burn you a copy.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Great prices, quick delivery to UK Having seen some of the other reviews I was a little apprehensive however I took the plunge and ordered 2 SACDs at a really good price. I needn't of worried they arrived with me after 10 days, well packaged and I was able to track the order from the US to UK.

Been buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.
