No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Been buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Did not honor 25%off coupon. Received damaged item. Did not respond to multiple email until I posted a case with PayPal. Finally, acknowleged me and sent return label. Then never sent replacement until I escalated claim on PayPal.

FAKE CDS! Copying and selling without permission! This company is duplicating my CD and selling without my permission! These are FAKE CDs and importcds is not authorized to sell, I have no distribution agreement with them and get nothing from them. Buyer beware...they are copying the original CD. I suspect they are doing this on a good many of items they advertise, when you pre-order a CD they will burn you a copy.
