THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs! Everything that I have bought from them is a pirated copy. Do not support this company. If your not sure how to tell if your dvd is pirated copy, YOUTUBE has lots of tutorials on the subject.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Did not honor 25%off coupon. Received damaged item. Did not respond to multiple email until I posted a case with PayPal. Finally, acknowleged me and sent return label. Then never sent replacement until I escalated claim on PayPal.

Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" --- Misrepresented DVD as "Region 1" when the package clearly states and this company MUST have known that this DVD was "Region 2" and unplayable on North American equipment. Had to work through Amazon.ca and so was doubly a mess. This company not only misrepresents their products, but they have non-existent customer service. They include a handy return address sheet, but the package came back to me as "undeliverable"--using their own supplied return address. They never responded once to all of the messages sent to them from Amazon.ca. A totally unreliable company all around.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

This site is amazing This site is amazing, great prices for audiophile pressings and truly astounding at their inventory management. I have ordered from them numerous times and never had a cancellation of a particular item because they run a tight ship and only list something as "in stock" if they have it in their warehouse. Don't trust the voluntary response bias on this page about a few people that had some bad orders. There are those of us out there that trust and love this site. If you don't believe me, trust their ebay profile(s) reviews.
