AUQuite good in my experience I've found importcds to have a great selection of stock, competitive prices and swift shipping to Australia with good packaging, on both their website and their eBay store. The only problem I've had with them to earn the 4 star rating is that when ordering from their website, I've made an order for a record that was listed as in stock but once I've paid for it goes on back order, meaning I've had to wait for them to get it back in stock. This has happened twice, so they definitely have some issue there. Pretty annoying to be honest. No problems at all on their ebay store.

GBPlease report this guy to the FTC!!! Please report this guy to the FTC!!! This guy just ripped me off with two different orders of almost 90 dollars. No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

GBThis company is one of the worse retail … This company is one of the worse retail businesses I've ever run across. I am the owner of two major radio stations. Most material we get directly from the labels, but having one station that features classic jazz occasionally we reach out and buy recordings from retailers to satisfy and meet our listeners expectations. EVERY TIME I have purchased items from Import CD's there are issues. First, it just took forever and the cases were always cracked (they just drop the CD in an envelope with NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER, now the items we purchase don't even show up. There business ethics are so bad, I paid our attorney to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.

NOsadly not worth it! had to file a complaint with paypal when importcds refused to answer emails or provide refund for items not shipped and charged twice. you might save a few bucks ordering from them and for many years I used them for hundred of orders. But once your get a problem they are not helpful, no matter how faithful you have been as a customer or how polite and patient you are. I am happy I used paypal, they saved my day. once paypal made refunds for transactions importcds blocked my customer account, even if they did wrong in the first place. thats what you get for being a faithful customer. so stay away, put your money elsewhere.

GBGive them a chance, I have no complaints! I have ordered from import CD's several times in the last 2 years, a couple new releases and several older albums. While it is true the albums don't ship until the release date hits, they usually do early the following week of it's release. As far as older albums, they ship pretty quickly after the order, 4-5 days after in my experience. Recently, even with Covid19 restrictions in place, I got it a mere 4 days after placing the order! These reviews seem excessively negative. I have never gotten the wrong item, nor have I ever been left waiting for something that never came. Like I said, I only used importcds 5 or 6 times but all transactions have been seemless and handled very professionally. They even include tracking numbers to follow your order all the way to delivery. My one complaint is I do wish they would offer a digital download of the album so, in the case of new releases and such, you could have access to the music ASAP. but in this day and age, with CD's becoming increasingly harder to find, importcds is legit as far as I'm concerned.
