Great prices, quick delivery to UK Having seen some of the other reviews I was a little apprehensive however I took the plunge and ordered 2 SACDs at a really good price. I needn't of worried they arrived with me after 10 days, well packaged and I was able to track the order from the US to UK.

sadly not worth it! had to file a complaint with paypal when importcds refused to answer emails or provide refund for items not shipped and charged twice. you might save a few bucks ordering from them and for many years I used them for hundred of orders. But once your get a problem they are not helpful, no matter how faithful you have been as a customer or how polite and patient you are. I am happy I used paypal, they saved my day. once paypal made refunds for transactions importcds blocked my customer account, even if they did wrong in the first place. thats what you get for being a faithful customer. so stay away, put your money elsewhere.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Sent me a 2nd hand CD; Refused to refund. I agree with the other reviews. Everything is fine, until you get a problem. Then no customer support. I bought a CD advertised as new; they sent a used CD, dirty, marks on booklet; then refused to refund or make a re-delivery. The customer representative sarcastically told me I could cancel the order and return an "unwanted" item at my own expense.
