THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs THEY SELL BOOT LEGGED VERSIONS OF DVDs! Everything that I have bought from them is a pirated copy. Do not support this company. If your not sure how to tell if your dvd is pirated copy, YOUTUBE has lots of tutorials on the subject.

This site is amazing This site is amazing, great prices for audiophile pressings and truly astounding at their inventory management. I have ordered from them numerous times and never had a cancellation of a particular item because they run a tight ship and only list something as "in stock" if they have it in their warehouse. Don't trust the voluntary response bias on this page about a few people that had some bad orders. There are those of us out there that trust and love this site. If you don't believe me, trust their ebay profile(s) reviews.

No working phone number and no response via email besides his email after I made my purchases. My two orders were presale RTJ4 records that have a release date of September. His email to me was just informing me the the items I requested were no longer in stock and that there is no more information about this item... and that was that. Please please report this guy to the Federal Trade Commission! I did and we need others who are being ripped off to say something too so this guy is shut down.

Been buying multiple times a week from… Been buying multiple times a week from Import CDs for 5 years. Now that I have a return due to a warped record, nobody will respond to 5 emails sent. Claimed they sent RA and label, they did not!! Obviously they don't respect a customer that has spent in excess of $25K. Like rocket science to find a phone number for them and then no one available. VERY poor customer service, will be contacting Alliance which is their parent company!! BTW since they wont show a phone number, 1-855-258-9650.

Avoid Avoid! Totally unprofessional! Ordered a box set months ahead of release. Release day comes and no order. Several vague emails later, they are saying they would notify me. Item is now back ordered. Going to cancel and go with a company that cares about service
