AWFUL. I ordered something, didn't refund all my $ and didn't tell me why at all. This is customer service??? Seriously?? I will NEVER buy anything from this shady company again. They wait until customers click things that are listed as "in stock" to not inform them that it is really out of stock. Then not only do they not refund all of your money, they don't tell you why! I have never dealt with such terrible service.
