GBdue to a "technical error," they wanted… due to a "technical error," they wanted to send me my books back. As a professional book reseller, this almost never happens. they only cost me about $100, but it could've been worse. I will not be working with this company again.

CAScammers Scammers. Contacted me through facebook, had a proper conversation with them until the last bit where they asked me if I would take $50 to etransfer money to another “student” because they “can’t issue multiple checks” told them at first that I felt uncomfortable doing that and they stopped responding. Don’t waste your time on these people.

You make it easy to part with books I love. Clear instructions, prepaid labels for shipping and the sense that books I have enjoyed will go to other book lovers. Loved that you've added an app for scanning codes. That will make my next big project go much more easily.

GBSent books 2 weeks ago no payment or received notification Sent books 2 weeks ago. No tracking number available on website. No confirmation received. Number has full mailbox. Sent several emails for couple days get no response. Frustrated. Owe me money.

GBNot Suggested Wish no stars was an option. I am a college student and spent my own money on a Statistics textbook that I had shipped out on March 15, 2020 to try to get at least 1/3 of my money back, but I never got my money or even a notice saying my textbook was approved. After a little over a week of not hearing back, I emailed them on March 27 and the response was that they had closed because of COVID, which was fair and understandable, but they said they would inspect the item I sent in within 10 days and they would get back to me. I received that response on April 6. After not hearing back I sent yet another email on May 1 asking to get an update and the amount I was supposed to receive. They never got back to me again and it's June. This experience was beyond disappointing.
