GBdue to a "technical error," they wanted… due to a "technical error," they wanted to send me my books back. As a professional book reseller, this almost never happens. they only cost me about $100, but it could've been worse. I will not be working with this company again.

You make it easy to part with books I love. Clear instructions, prepaid labels for shipping and the sense that books I have enjoyed will go to other book lovers. Loved that you've added an app for scanning codes. That will make my next big project go much more easily.

CATotal scam Total scam! They asked if I would take a cheque of $1700 and etransfer it to someone else who was “selling books” when they were only going to give me $90 for mine. I said I wasn’t comfortable transferring that much money and they stopped replying.

GBBrand new text book still wrapped… Brand new text book still wrapped deemed counterfeit!? My husband gets these straight from the schools he attends and teaches classes for. Be careful, I think this business may not be reputable. Will follow with update if we actually get our book back or not.

GBTook over 2 months to get my payment… Took over 2 months to get my payment and did not communicate with me at all. If you are not in a rush to receive payment and love bad customer service and no communication, sell your books here.
