After months of working with… After months of working with swiftmission.link we have been able to get my money back, awful experience and delivery.

3 weeks and no shipment I ordered a KISS onesie from this site for my Godson on the day he was born (May 10th). The item wasn't supposed to ship until May 19th even though my payment was processed right away and the money was taken out of my account. I emailed them as soon as my item was purchased with a question about where the item was being shipped. No answer. May 31st, I sent an email because my status is still "processed". No answer. I called the 800 number, I got some guy's voicemail with a greeting that can barely be understood as English. Still waiting......maybe after seeing this someone will get back to me.

Total scam never got item or refund a month in no call no email nothing i ordered a shirt 25 bucks said it would be del around dec 5 final got a tracking number that showed it hadnt even been picked up by ups on dec 27 still nothing no responce nothing

Read reviews here and decided to order anyway. it's not worth it. I looked at reviews on here and against my better judgement i ordered a simple black color front print on a white shirt from them. I even brought up the fact that I read the bad reviews on them and I told them I expected good service. I did not get that. I ordered my shirt on February 10, and i was shown an estimated delivery date of February 15. It is currently February 15, and not only have I not received my package, the order I placed hasn't even been processed. Horrible experience. When someone says it will be here on a certain date, it should be here on that date, let alone processed by it. February is a slow month and there is no reason for a shirt to take over a week to ship, let alone process. UPDATE: my order was finally processed, and my shirt shipped on the 19th, I have not yet received it and it is the 21st. I still don't like waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple shirt.

Horrible service. I ordered my Dimmu Borgir shirt on November 17th, and the estimated delivery date was suppost to be November 26th. Here it is, December 3rd, and no package! Plus when I checked my order status it's still in the "processing" mode. I even sent them an email about my order status and no reply. Now I'm trying to cancel my order so let's see if they get on the ball with this at least and give me back my money. Waste of time. They deserve no stars.
