USProduct never shipped, no phone calls or emails returned. Horrible service. Potential scam. I ordered a t shirt on 3/15 and received an email confirmation saying my order would ship 3/23/2014. I sent multiple email requests and left 2 voicemails at Rerock office. No response from the seller. It's now 3/29 and my order status is still listed as new/processing. I do not think this is a legitimate business. Do not order from Rerock forever. You will not get your order and no returned emails or phone calls. After I threatened to write a bad review I finally got an email response the product is out of stock, my credit card will not be charged, and my order is cancelled.

USnever rec'd t shirt - never answered e mails Ordered $25 t shirt on 2/5/14. Got e-mail saying shirt would arrive 2/10. Today is 2/19 - have e-mailed company twice asking about shirt. No response. I paid through paypal so have issued a complaint through them. Too bad a company such as this with this many negative complaints can still be in existence. I have to admit this is the first time I have ever had a bad e-retail experience. I should have read reviews before I ordered but thought I would give an independent company a little business. Back to Amazon and my other trusted sources from now on.

USTotal scam never got item or refund a month in no call no email nothing i ordered a shirt 25 bucks said it would be del around dec 5 final got a tracking number that showed it hadnt even been picked up by ups on dec 27 still nothing no responce nothing

USHorrible service. I ordered my Dimmu Borgir shirt on November 17th, and the estimated delivery date was suppost to be November 26th. Here it is, December 3rd, and no package! Plus when I checked my order status it's still in the "processing" mode. I even sent them an email about my order status and no reply. Now I'm trying to cancel my order so let's see if they get on the ball with this at least and give me back my money. Waste of time. They deserve no stars.

USTerrible Service Terrible Customer Service Waste of Time Ordered 9/28. Received order confirmation. Said it would be delivered 10/07. Nothing ever received. Sent Customer Service at least two emails. Nothing. Their website said I did not exist. Could no longer sign in. Then website went down. Filed claim with PayPal. Still they never responded to any of my emails. Finally ended up canceling order and getting my money back thanks to PayPal. Thanks for wasting my valuable time. Never ever will I do business with this entity.
