GBIt's a scam, basically. Yeah, no comms, no update, no reply. Was expecting a delayed shipping so didn't revoke the paypal payment until after the 40 days. I'm not sure how they can be allowed to operate...since this seems to be their business model. Avoid guys, avoid. Wish I'd checked this page...

GBNot bad at all I find its fast and simple shopping online as long as the site is user friendly and rock forever is def. one of those sites. they have great stuff that you can't find anywhere else. the prices arent too bad either. its one of the only places to find vintage shirts. they have a huge variety of rock memorabilia and punk stuff too. shipping was reasonable fast, but not within 24 hours. did not need to contact customer service. order/shipping notification e-mails received. order packaging is good, nothing special. no annoyning ads in the package

GBProduct never shipped, no phone calls or emails returned. Horrible service. Potential scam. I ordered a t shirt on 3/15 and received an email confirmation saying my order would ship 3/23/2014. I sent multiple email requests and left 2 voicemails at Rerock office. No response from the seller. It's now 3/29 and my order status is still listed as new/processing. I do not think this is a legitimate business. Do not order from Rerock forever. You will not get your order and no returned emails or phone calls. After I threatened to write a bad review I finally got an email response the product is out of stock, my credit card will not be charged, and my order is cancelled.

GBHorrible service. I ordered my Dimmu Borgir shirt on November 17th, and the estimated delivery date was suppost to be November 26th. Here it is, December 3rd, and no package! Plus when I checked my order status it's still in the "processing" mode. I even sent them an email about my order status and no reply. Now I'm trying to cancel my order so let's see if they get on the ball with this at least and give me back my money. Waste of time. They deserve no stars.
