GBFind a new shipper This is no reflection on the service of pigeon mountain. I give the postal service 1 star for service, my bees were 4 days late, their food had been dumped out and the bees were coming out of the crate when they arrived. Of the half that were left, half of them were dead. The remaining bees that have managed to survive have done a wonderful job at building the colony back up. They have 3 full frames full of brood in less than a month. We are disappointed that we basically have to start with a smaller colony than we expected. The bees that survived (aprox 2000) are doing great tho.

GBDozaCreekStables HoneyBee's I've had questions several times. When you call the customer service they are short and not very receptive. One other item, I recently was able to price check their bee sales and found they are more expensive than most competitors that offer late bee orders.

GBExcellent product Excellent product, shipping prices out of control. Charged almost $90 to ship 2 queen bees and they came in the same envelope. Would be 5 stars otherwise.Though disclosure, I ordered through their website and never had a chance to talk to anyone, maybe they could have fixed it.

GBQuick shipment, but in a hugely oversized box The book was shipped quickly and it was in perfect condition. My only complaint is that the book is very thin and just about the size of a piece of paper (i.e. 8 1/2 x 11) and the box they shipped it in was a bit over 2 feet long and probably 8-10 inches high and almost 14 inches wide and filled with packing materials (paper and air-pocket wrapping). The book could have been sent in a plain or bubble-wrap enveloped instead of a huge box which cost more to ship and just results in more waste (recyclable, yes, but still wasteful). Please reconsider how you ship books.
