GBDo not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company, they are honorless I ordered 2 nucs, each was supposed to have a queen, only one of the nucs had a queen. They were 2 weeks late for delivery, and when they arrived the only one with a queen in it was completely destroyed, only a handful of bees survived. When I tried to contact Pigeon mountain they completely ignored me. I requested they send me at least the missing queen to keep the remaining colony alive but they couldnt care less about their customers, do not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company they do not honor their contracts.

GBDozaCreekStables HoneyBee's I've had questions several times. When you call the customer service they are short and not very receptive. One other item, I recently was able to price check their bee sales and found they are more expensive than most competitors that offer late bee orders.

CAIt is not IMMEDIATELY obvious that live … It is not IMMEDIATELY obvious that live bees are hot shipped to Canada. I purchased a queen, which was "available," provided my credit card number, etc. and only two days later when I e-mailed to find out how I could track the bee was I told that "it was written on our site that we don't ship to Canada," and, "you should have received an e-mail about that." NOT!!!!!

GBWeb page charges incorrectly/warehouse sends wrong merchandise I ordered honey jars from PMT in full compliance with their webpage. I live out of state and decided to take a long (2 hr one way) drive to pick up the jars in the store. I clicked Store Pickup on the web page and selected a date/time for pickup. Upon arrival, they had jars from the warehouse, ready to go. Unfortunately, they were the WRONG jars. It took about an hour of standing around but a fine young man went to the warehouse and got the correct jars. Ok, a wasted hour after driving 2 hours isn't that big of a deal (I guess). The next day I received a phone call from the manager of PMT saying that I left without paying GA sales tax. I reminded her that I paid online and their computer software did not charge me. To me, she was putting the onus on me, saying that I left without paying the sales tax. I told her that if they were supposed to have charged tax I would have paid it, but they never said anything about it and their store website did not charge it either. I was subsequently emailed an invoice with a note to "Pay within 24 hrs". As frustrating as this is, I always try to do the right thing, so I paid the invoice within the time limit. I had problems getting an order correct last year too. Time to find another bee supply store.

GBI recieved my bee suit and XXL women's… I recieved my bee suit and XXL women's gloves. The gloves were large but the elastic in the arm was so tight I couldn't get it over my elbows and they were cutting off my circulation within 3 minutes. My suit was a 3x which I bought per their chart so I had plenty of extra room. I am a 1x and it was so small I had camel toe and my chest was smashed down painfully. I could not bend down in the suit and my husband had to peel it off of me! The suit did not measure what the chart said, 10 inches too small in the chest. The label said 3x and it was more like a large per their chart. Polite people but not willing to help with the return costs at all even though I felt the fault was not mine. I felt like I was talking to Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the lady was lying through her teeth about their sizes. I went local and bought an xl size and it was perfect and new gloves that fit without my hands going numb. Steer clear of this company, they mis-represent their sizes in the women's department.
