GBDo not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company, they are honorless I ordered 2 nucs, each was supposed to have a queen, only one of the nucs had a queen. They were 2 weeks late for delivery, and when they arrived the only one with a queen in it was completely destroyed, only a handful of bees survived. When I tried to contact Pigeon mountain they completely ignored me. I requested they send me at least the missing queen to keep the remaining colony alive but they couldnt care less about their customers, do not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company they do not honor their contracts.

GB5 gal bucket and valve quality has dropped 5 gal bucket was oversized and did not fit matching gamma lids. Flow valve for bucket has changed and does not operate as smoothly as before. Valve is also messy as it drips outside of flow and all over jars. Again different than the valves purchased before. Quality of bucket and valve has fallen.

GBHorrible customer service Our package arrived with significantly more dead bees than our two previous packages from another company. The feeder can had NO holes so the bees were not able to feed during shipment. They seemed much more sluggish than the others we installed this Spring. I called to complain, Laura seemed unconcerned, just said she didn't package them for shipment. No real apology, did not offer another package or a discount on this package. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not recommend or ever order bees from Pigeon Mt. again.

GBALLWERE NICE ON PHONE ALLWERE NICE ON PHONE, PARTS DID NOT FIT MY APPLICATION AND THE SET SCREWS WERE MISSING FROM THE BAG, BUT OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS FINE. SUGGEST SOMEONE DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER SO OTHERS GET WHAT IS SHOWN IN CATALOGUE.
