Don't blame family members for what other family member do I don't think it's right that you canceled my account because you want me to pay my dad's bill. I didn't live here where he got that service and yet still they won't give me service because I'm now in the house these to be in. Wasted hours on the phone getting my service Took my money and then put my installation on hold.and asked me to pay his bill to get service at my bill and I should not be penalized for something that someone don't even live in the house anymore.

What you are told Was told on phone I could bundle then given number for internet to bundle. But frontier does not partner with direct tv so that was wrong. Was told first month free . Was installed on 18th and charged on 19th and told when I called that that was wrong . I can only assume they you are told anything to sign up!

No call no show no call back when I called!!! No one called or showed for our installation we took off work half a day for nothing! I called to find out where the tech is an they were suppose to call me back iin 30 minutes now its 7 hours past my installation an I still havent heard a work feom DIRECTTV!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

No stations due to error 771 I have had Direct since 11/23, it snowed yesterday & I have no channels due to error 771. I called Direct, got transferred to tech support & was on a very long hold, so I hung up. Today we have no snow coming down & I still have no tv. I specifically asked the rep when I ordered direct, when it storms (snow or rain) will my tv go out, he said no because we have more satillites. Well, he lied just to get the sale, I am extremely unhappy thus far and I am sure I will be cancelling Direct in the very near future.
