CAIF you even get your order, its not put together right. I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the 3rd and now its the 10th and i still haven't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your order (only happened 1/3 orders) the item you get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless you manually tighten everything. HOW THE HELL IS THIS PLACE STILL RUNNING.

GBVery bad customer service and unreliable. ordered a mystery box and the description said customers could choose the gun model but I was never given the option to choose. contacted customer service multiple times and no response. Order said it was shipped with no tracking number!! So i'm basically gonna get something I didn't order if i even get anything!!!!! will never buy from here again

GBTerrible customer service Would be zero stars if that were an option. I ordered some gifts for my nephews birthday a week and half before his party. After 1 week of the order saying it shipped and not getting a tracking number I called and the rep said the gun was out of stock. Airsoft megastore took no responsibility for the delay and had no intention of correcting the situation. They refused expedited shipping and honoring their prie match guarentee on a similar product. Overall terrible customer service. There are plenty of other online airsoft retailers out there and I will take all future business elsewhere. I would not be surprised if the positive reviews were from employees based on my experience.

GUHorrible, horrible customer service. I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I don't know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they don't ship it, you can't do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my son's most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

GBTried calling to setup a order Tried calling to setup a order. Called multiple times never was answered! so i called airsoftgi.com. Got connected right away placed on a brief hold and then it was a breeze they helped me threw every question or concern i had! definitely wouldn't advise dealing with airsoft megastore if they cant pickup a phone to help customers..btw they lost out on a $700 order from me due to lack of customer care/support! Seems they take more time to make a YouTube video then running the actual online business... hope this review can help anyone looking to avoid a not so good online store!
