GBViveDecor.com = SUPERB Amazing customer service. The entire transaction was smooth sailing. I enjoyed everything from their super duper low prices to their super friendly customer service and their lightning fast shipping. I saved them to my favorites and they are my new supplier. We are more than pleased with our 33" Classic Flame Firebox insert. The beautiful flame is great and the heat it puts out is fantastic. We bought the 33EF022GRA firebox and I used to have a Dimplex unit but I am glad I bought a Classic FLame fireplace instead. Classic FLame is by far better than DIMPLEX. THanks ViveDecor.com I will be shopping again soon.

GBTerrible customer service by owner, Chris I purchased a 10x12 pergola with assembly after confirming with the owner, Chris that assembly would occur at the same time as delivery. 3 weeks later the delivery co informed me they only provide curbside delivery and they were not the assembly company. Chris then told me a different company would call me in 5 to 7 days to schedule assembly. The wrong item arrived. I wanted to cancel the entire purchase based on the owner Chris' lie about assembly, poor customer service on the phone and delay to return my calls. Chris told me I would be charged shipping and restocking fees if I just cancel the order. He did not apoligize or acknowledge the fact that he lied to me and that they delivered the wrong item. He talked over me several times. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone over him he said he was the boss and the owner.

GBWorst online shopping experience I have ever had, hands down. They shipped me the wrong items, and one arrived extremely damaged. After sending several emails and leaving messages at a number that no one EVER answers, someone called me back and I was told that the items I ordered were discontinued so they sent me other items as a replacement without asking me first. I did not want either item so they said okay, we'll pick them up and refund your money. That was over a month ago. Since then no one from ViveDecor has returned any of my phone calls or emails telling me how or when to return these items. In the meantime I have two huge boxes of furniture taking up all of the space in my foyer and I've had to file a claim with my credit card company as part of their Purchase Protection since ViveDecor has not responded. I was suckered into buying from this company because of their low prices; it is true, you get what you pay for! BUYER BEWARE!!!

GBHORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days. After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change. Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

GBDont order from this company I made a … Dont order from this company I made a first call to the company to find out if they had a tracking number for me amd the lady who answered said I called a wrong number. I checked the website and called the listed.number and a man answered and said to "Go to he77" then proceeded to tell me "Dont call back dog timmad" then humg up. All I had said was hello is this Vivedecor I will be contacting my credit card company. Bad experience
