TOTAL SCAM - Do not order from this site! I have never taken the time to review any online purchase to date, and I have purchased many many items online over the years. This experience was so maddening, however, that I felt it right to warn others. There is absolutely no way to reach this company, via phone or email, and get any response whatsoever. I have called no fewer than 15 times and have gotten a voice recording every time telling me to leave a message. This is immediately followed by a recording saying the mailbox is full. I have sent 4 emails so far with no response from any, including the final email telling them to cancel my order immediately. I will now have to keep contacting my credit card company to cancel the order once they charge the card, which they do not do right away. All of this because there is no way to actually CANCEL your order online, nor check on the status of your order, NOR get a timeline of shipping, processing, etc. This company is 100% a scam and the positive emails on this string are FAKE, there is no doubt in my mind. Do not buy from this company!

Scam company! This is a rip off company! I placed an order on Friday, at 5:47pm and sent a email and follow up call to cancel the order at 5:57pm on the same day!! Then today ( Monday--first work day of the week) I called and spoke with Chris telling him to cancel the order. He told me he have to call me back and I never heard from him after several additional calls and emails yet, the company charged my credit card this morning!! Rip off scam company that just wants to exploded people! Never do business with this company!!!

Scam/Theft - Terrible company I ordered a 10 cup rice cooker from ViveDecor that was supposed to arrive within 7 business days. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting. They never returned my calls and stopped returning my emails. I will seek legal action soon! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service by owner, Chris I purchased a 10x12 pergola with assembly after confirming with the owner, Chris that assembly would occur at the same time as delivery. 3 weeks later the delivery co informed me they only provide curbside delivery and they were not the assembly company. Chris then told me a different company would call me in 5 to 7 days to schedule assembly. The wrong item arrived. I wanted to cancel the entire purchase based on the owner Chris' lie about assembly, poor customer service on the phone and delay to return my calls. Chris told me I would be charged shipping and restocking fees if I just cancel the order. He did not apoligize or acknowledge the fact that he lied to me and that they delivered the wrong item. He talked over me several times. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone over him he said he was the boss and the owner.

ViveDecor.com = SUPERB Amazing customer service. The entire transaction was smooth sailing. I enjoyed everything from their super duper low prices to their super friendly customer service and their lightning fast shipping. I saved them to my favorites and they are my new supplier. We are more than pleased with our 33" Classic Flame Firebox insert. The beautiful flame is great and the heat it puts out is fantastic. We bought the 33EF022GRA firebox and I used to have a Dimplex unit but I am glad I bought a Classic FLame fireplace instead. Classic FLame is by far better than DIMPLEX.
