Duplicated Hype releases They need to change their system that is running the hype services. Every week they are constantly duplicating same releases for sometimes more than 3 weeks. Hype seem like a scam for low budget labels that are just trying to get some recognition. Please fix this issue!

Never Buy Anything From Beatport I had purchased Traktor Remix Sets & STEM files from Beatport.com. Due to a personal emergency, I didn't get a chance to download my purchase immediately. Beatport.com without giving me any prior intimation removed all of my purchases from my account & forfeited my rights to download files that I had already purchased from them. I have been running pillar to post in these trying times just to set things right & have run out of options at my end. I will never buy anything from Beatport again.

Outrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans unlike other download music stores online, Beatport goes out of its way to displease its customers by charging outrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans. Furthermore, I have yet to find an online store that didn't allow you to re-download your purchases indefinitely. Beatport only allows you to download your purchase once or twice. After that you either need to buy that same track again or subscribe to some streaming service that you didn't need and that is at the top tier and outrageously priced. I honestly wonder how in the world this outfit has not gone out of business.

Hype is just a waste of money It's about one year since I subscribed to the Hype plan and I NEVER SEEN a single act from Beatport to promote my music: no banner, no charts, no staff picks, nothing. My music is not so bad and if promoted gives me good results, so... what are we paying for??

Beatport could not make a worse… Beatport could not make a worse experience if they tried. Unfortunately me and other DJS end up coming back sometimes if other places don't have the track we are after. It is a frustrating experience every time. Making me log in twice every-time and never keeping me signed in even after clicking the keep signed in button. Login once at main screen, then go to add something to my cart and it makes me sign in again. This is after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load compared to 2 seconds like traxsource. Get your sh** together beatport, this has been happening for years
