GBOverall a great product. 2 improvements will take it to a 5 star As a DJ: Website design and song catalog is amazing. It's easy to find, sample, purchase and download tracks. As a label/artist manager: It's super easy to request and update to the profile picture, bio and also enroll in Beatport Hype. What would take my review to a 5 star: - I wish the site loaded quickly after hitting the search button. - I also wish the site used cookies/cache to remember my login credentials on my personal laptop.

ZAThe support agents put zero vigor into… The support agents put zero vigor into their work The agent did NOT read my email and assist accordingly The agent (Mariana) did NOT solve my problem The agent has NOT responded to my last email to understand the problem and act accordingly I made another purchase whist making sure the information was correct but I STILL get an incorrect receipt. Apart from that I asked for INVOICES and NOT RECEIPTS WHY SHOULD I KEEP SUPPORTING YOU? **Edit - for the first time in 41 years of being on this planet, I have encountered a company that refuses to provide invoices for purchases made. Inept much? This is a glorified music platform, rather support Juno or Bandcamp

GBDuplicated Hype releases They need to change their system that is running the hype services. Every week they are constantly duplicating same releases for sometimes more than 3 weeks. Hype seem like a scam for low budget labels that are just trying to get some recognition. Please fix this issue!

GEI would have rated by 1-star I am tempted to give 1-star, because of totally unmonitored website for years. bunch of functionalities have been broken, I have reported all support persons multiple times for about 10+ bugs, and they never ever fixed even simple things. Re-authorization issue for years unfixed. totally ignorant service to users needs
