ROHorrible, just atrociously bad! I've tried every concievable DJ streamin service outhere and this was BY FAR, one of THE WORSE experiences i've ever had with a site/company/on-line provider etc. This site is a genuine nightmare. Painfully slow, full of buggs, freezes all the time, GUI is terrible, clunky and full of useless banners, menus are really cumbersome. For a company that's supposed to be at the forefront of DJ's streaming platform, and for the money they charge, their total lack of consideration and interest towards their user's exeperience is quite literally disgusting at the very least. They sleep on their monopoly in the business and just ripp off people, and seem to get away with it. F you, i'm sticking to Apple Music!

GBOutrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans unlike other download music stores online, Beatport goes out of its way to displease its customers by charging outrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans. Furthermore, I have yet to find an online store that didn't allow you to re-download your purchases indefinitely. Beatport only allows you to download your purchase once or twice. After that you either need to buy that same track again or subscribe to some streaming service that you didn't need and that is at the top tier and outrageously priced. I honestly wonder how in the world this outfit has not gone out of business.

ZAThe support agents put zero vigor into… The support agents put zero vigor into their work The agent did NOT read my email and assist accordingly The agent (Mariana) did NOT solve my problem The agent has NOT responded to my last email to understand the problem and act accordingly I made another purchase whist making sure the information was correct but I STILL get an incorrect receipt. Apart from that I asked for INVOICES and NOT RECEIPTS WHY SHOULD I KEEP SUPPORTING YOU? **Edit - for the first time in 41 years of being on this planet, I have encountered a company that refuses to provide invoices for purchases made. Inept much? This is a glorified music platform, rather support Juno or Bandcamp

NZUnusably slow!!! Beatport used to be quite good, getting into the DJ thing again a few years later but seriously the website is just pure rubbish! Can't seem to play music for longer than 15secs before is pauses for 20secs, takes up to a minute to load a track, just unusable, cannot get a feel for music with all of the waiting and interruptions, over it! Beatport sucks, they have really screwed it up and currently looking for alternatives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if you require a stable and reasonable working website. Drives me MENTAL!
