I had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Interpunk.com tries to scam customers Ordered a special, unique gift for a close friend from interpunk.com. The vinyl record showed, as I was purchasing, that it would be in stock "tomorrow." Didn't show out of stock prior to that. The store processed the payment through my credit card, but never had the record. I ended up having to file a dispute a month later. It's a scam. Basically, they take your money without having the merchandise. Then, when you try canceling the order, instead of refunding the money back to your card, they issue a store credit. So, charge a person upfront for what will never be in stock, then force them to buy something else in your store. Absolute scam!

There needs to be a Zero star function… There needs to be a Zero star function for this company. Once legitimate, now (for the last 5 or so years anyway) a complete scam and front for theft. They have ZERO stock. They advertise items for sale, they take your money, bank it, and never send any items, then ignore your complaints How this company and website are not shut down, and the douche bag owner not arrested, is baffling

I pre-ordered a record in October I pre-ordered a record in October, and still have not received it in April. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and I have gotten no response since Febuary. Also foolishly placed another preorder in January for an April Release. The release date was a week ago and I have still not heard a word about anything. Hoping bombarding them with messages/ reviews will trigger a response. Otherwise I will have to dispute these charges with my bank

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE MONEY FOR STOCK THEY DO NOT HAVE! I ordered and paid for a vinyl record that they didn't even have to sell and as they have not responded to any of my numerous messages, I am having to go through PayPal in order to fight to get my money back. Interpunk is selling products it does not stock. They are taking money for items they do not provide, then ignoring contact from their buyers so that they have to fight to get their money back. I would never use this terrible service again and I would advise anyone reading this to steer clear.
