USNo response, never shipped, had to get PayPal to refund me. They have a great selection, but after seeing the negative reviews I decided to place an order for one record they had listed in stock. After a week with no shipping update, I logged in to review the status -- it says it was never in stock, that they are expecting it to be restocked soon. I doubled checked that I didnt misread the listing, but I did not -- there was no mention of it not being in stock, in fact it specifically says it is still in stock. I emailed them asking about this, when I could expect it and how to avoid this in the future. A week later, still no response. I dont think these people are actually in business, at least not their online store.

USI pre-ordered a record in October I pre-ordered a record in October, and still have not received it in April. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and I have gotten no response since Febuary. Also foolishly placed another preorder in January for an April Release. The release date was a week ago and I have still not heard a word about anything. Hoping bombarding them with messages/ reviews will trigger a response. Otherwise I will have to dispute these charges with my bank

GBThere needs to be a Zero star function… There needs to be a Zero star function for this company. Once legitimate, now (for the last 5 or so years anyway) a complete scam and front for theft. They have ZERO stock. They advertise items for sale, they take your money, bank it, and never send any items, then ignore your complaints How this company and website are not shut down, and the douche bag owner not arrested, is baffling

USThey took my money and ghosted me I had two separate orders placed June 11 - one said it shipped June 18, but I never received it, and no one responded to my inquiries for a tracking number. The other order showed the status “ready to ship” on one record and “expected in stock tomorrow” on the other record. The status was unchanged for 2 months. I finally ended up putting in a claim with my credit card company. I’m very disappointed and feel scammed. Don’t give them your money - it doesn’t appear that this business is even operational.

USI had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
