Not solving problems for anyone scammed but may have had a part in ending interpunk Like many it has been a few years since I ordered but never had an issue so looking for reviews never crossed my mind. Ordered in September and after nothing for two weeks I messaged for an update and got a response a week later with an apology and promise to ship my order within a few days even it should have been shipped 4 weeks earlier when they said it did. Oddly enough the day I called for a shipping update I started getting calls trying to get me to approve new devices added to my phone account. Then last week got a fraud alert from the bank from a Sam’s club membership that I supposedly created. Next day filed claims either bbb and the bank. Got a good laugh when i got up yesterday and had an email from interpunk with the following “You have moved up to a new Interpunk Rewards level! You are now at the Bronze.” So I go check and the site doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

I got scammed as well I got scammed as well. I used to buy from this site many years ago. I thought why not support a website I already know instead of all these big websites and that was wrong thinking obviously. Haven't received my items, nor a response or tracking info. It just says "shipped/completed" on July 28th. How do I get my money back?

No response, never shipped, had to get PayPal to refund me. They have a great selection, but after seeing the negative reviews I decided to place an order for one record they had listed in stock. After a week with no shipping update, I logged in to review the status -- it says it was never in stock, that they are expecting it to be restocked soon. I doubled checked that I didnt misread the listing, but I did not -- there was no mention of it not being in stock, in fact it specifically says it is still in stock. I emailed them asking about this, when I could expect it and how to avoid this in the future. A week later, still no response. I dont think these people are actually in business, at least not their online store.

I pre-ordered a record in October I pre-ordered a record in October, and still have not received it in April. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and I have gotten no response since Febuary. Also foolishly placed another preorder in January for an April Release. The release date was a week ago and I have still not heard a word about anything. Hoping bombarding them with messages/ reviews will trigger a response. Otherwise I will have to dispute these charges with my bank

I had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
