I had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

There needs to be a Zero star function… There needs to be a Zero star function for this company. Once legitimate, now (for the last 5 or so years anyway) a complete scam and front for theft. They have ZERO stock. They advertise items for sale, they take your money, bank it, and never send any items, then ignore your complaints How this company and website are not shut down, and the douche bag owner not arrested, is baffling

Fraudulent website Fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs. They take your money. Don't send items. Don't answer messages. Going to PayPal to report their fake website and get a refund.

Interpunk.com tries to scam customers Ordered a special, unique gift for a close friend from interpunk.com. The vinyl record showed, as I was purchasing, that it would be in stock "tomorrow." Didn't show out of stock prior to that. The store processed the payment through my credit card, but never had the record. I ended up having to file a dispute a month later. It's a scam. Basically, they take your money without having the merchandise. Then, when you try canceling the order, instead of refunding the money back to your card, they issue a store credit. So, charge a person upfront for what will never be in stock, then force them to buy something else in your store. Absolute scam!

Will be putting in a dispute to bbb And my credit card company . I had placed an order back in 2014 or so and everything was fine and received my order within a few days now the company has seemed to be exactly what everyone else is saying they scam avoid this company at all costs
