long time customer...no longer I've bought stuff from interpunk off and on for almost 20 years but in the last few years they've ceased to be a legitimate business. I'm missing a big order from back in March that they billed me for but I never got anything. They don't respond to emails and if you put in a ticket to customer service, nothing happens. I've left about a dozen of those tickets and sent as many emails with no response. It seems that they've fallen off and are now just a scam company.

Quick enough to take your money… Quick enough to take your money suddenly but not to provide the goods..... Then have the audacity to send emails suggesting I bought the same product - Interpunk is certainly not the trust worthy company they once were - won't even answer messages/emails for over 6 weeks - Poor,poor,poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER! Preordered a record in November, said it shipped Jan 5th but never received it. They moved warehouses apparently and said two weeks ago they were starting to ship again. They do not respond to messages or emails. They simply do not care about resolving their problems or responding to their customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE MONEY FOR STOCK THEY DO NOT HAVE! I ordered and paid for a vinyl record that they didn't even have to sell and as they have not responded to any of my numerous messages, I am having to go through PayPal in order to fight to get my money back. Interpunk is selling products it does not stock. They are taking money for items they do not provide, then ignoring contact from their buyers so that they have to fight to get their money back. I would never use this terrible service again and I would advise anyone reading this to steer clear.

Great to work with My label (Black Hole Records) has been selling through Interpunk for several years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and quick to send out a check when I request it. I have only made one purchase through Interpunk, but it arrived swiftly and with no problems.
