Never responded to emails or… Never responded to emails or voicemails. Generated a tracking number that never updated but stated pre-shipping for over a week. They advertise that work on your order the same day and ship it back the same day - lies. Since they never cared to communicate nor respond, I had to cancel my card and get a replacement by fear of being lost. Then, the card magically appeared a week later...the tracking finally updated...It was pointless because I already canceled it and got a replacement from my bank. You get what you pay for...the competition is more expensive but they are top notch in communication.

These people are scammers These people are scammers, do not do business with them. I placed an order for a black Amex card and it’s been more then two weeks and all it shows on my order is that it is in process. They don’t pickup there phone nor do they respond to emails. I have now had to place a dispute with my CC company to recoup my money. Should of known this would happen, when everyone else is selling these for over $100 they are at $67.
