USAwesome customer service. Awesome customer service. Fast process. They had an issue with removing my chip from my card, and didnt think it would work. They gave me a call and actually told me via phone that they chip may not work. I told them if it didnt work just to use a dummy chip. I received my new custom card and WOW its exactly like described. So I ordered another one a couple days ago.
