Following my review the company immediately followed up with me and we came to a resolution. I have updated my review based on the fact that the company cares enough to monitor feedback and follow through when necessary.

GBHappy with it! There was good communication between us. The glass came when it was projected to come. Was really packaged very well, I was impressed by that. I'm very happy with the product.

GBMaster Shower From ordering, measuring, delivery and ultimately my personal installation, the FG&M team were fantastic and supportive with drawings and videos to aid in the installation. The glass is high quality and easy to work. I highly recommend the FG&M team.

GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY Ordered one of thier shower door through Home Depot. Top rail was gouged and scratched. It was installed by contractor who asked me to secure a new top rail for the manufactiurer. SHould be easy, right? Fab Glass refused to send a new top rail unless Home Depot issued a new purchase order. UNBELEIVABLE!

GBConsistent good service OK, so I'll preface this review with the statement that I don't like reviews. It can be hard to know how an individual perceives their situation, and almost never is there an experience without the emotional element. I prefer to discuss interactions objectively. In the case of my experiences with Fab Glass and Mirror, I have ordered two very different products with almost a year in between each order and both times, they communicated effectively, delivered within the times projected and the product came as expected. I don't wish to discredit the experiences others may have had, but I genuinely feel that the products I needed were fairly priced and given the materials were manufactured after I ordered them, the timelines were reasonable. I will likely order from them again.
