We needed a glass top for a new piece for our bar… We needed a glass top for a new piece of furniture we had recently purchased. Found Fab Glass on the internet and since it was close went over personally to order the piece. Met with Peter Jablonski and he handled everything, panelessly (pun). The only issue I had was it's a two person job to unpack the glass. I was worried about the transit since it was coming from Ohio but it arrived it great shape. It took longer to unpack than it did to order it. I was very pleased how the transaction went. These are good folks with an attention to detail.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY Ordered one of thier shower door through Home Depot. Top rail was gouged and scratched. It was installed by contractor who asked me to secure a new top rail for the manufactiurer. SHould be easy, right? Fab Glass refused to send a new top rail unless Home Depot issued a new purchase order. UNBELEIVABLE!

Following my review the company immediately followed up with me and we came to a resolution. I have updated my review based on the fact that the company cares enough to monitor feedback and follow through when necessary.

Wonderful experience I have purchased online twice from this company custom-sized glass table tops, one of which had beveling features. This is one of the nicest purchasing experiences I have had, with ease of purchase, quick filling of my order and secure, careful packaging by the company of the glass for shipment. Before I placed the second order, David Miller provided a helpful hint that I need consider a 1/4" thickness for the glass in lieu of what I thought I needed, and he was so right. The glass that then arrived was perfection. I am grateful to Fab Glass and Mirror for making this process so easy.

Great customer service!! Thank you, Fab Glass! My 46" round 1/2" thick beveled glass table top looks great! When FedEx destroyed the more than sufficient packaging and damaged the table top . . . on 2 different shipments! . . . before delivery, you all kept communications open, very prompt, and very helpful! The 3rd table top shipped finally arrived whole, although FedEx still banged up the packaging. Thanks for working with me through all the FedEx mishaps.
