Beautiful large patio replacement glass with excellent customer care Sales rep Solomon was very helpful with what I needed since I wanted replacement glass for large patio table to be slightly smaller than frame and his suggestion worked out perfectly. Now I was really worried what to expect as far as delivery , glass was heavy and large and we live on a hillside which involved 18 steps up to patio. I called the office and spoke to Ben Parker who was really instrumental in contacting the delivery company, for a fair additional fee was able to have delivery to our patio. When I unbox the table it was perfect, just beautiful. So happy with the glass, just perfect.

Consistent good service OK, so I'll preface this review with the statement that I don't like reviews. It can be hard to know how an individual perceives their situation, and almost never is there an experience without the emotional element. I prefer to discuss interactions objectively. In the case of my experiences with Fab Glass and Mirror, I have ordered two very different products with almost a year in between each order and both times, they communicated effectively, delivered within the times projected and the product came as expected. I don't wish to discredit the experiences others may have had, but I genuinely feel that the products I needed were fairly priced and given the materials were manufactured after I ordered them, the timelines were reasonable. I will likely order from them again.

We needed a glass top for a new piece for our bar… We needed a glass top for a new piece of furniture we had recently purchased. Found Fab Glass on the internet and since it was close went over personally to order the piece. Met with Peter Jablonski and he handled everything, panelessly (pun). The only issue I had was it's a two person job to unpack the glass. I was worried about the transit since it was coming from Ohio but it arrived it great shape. It took longer to unpack than it did to order it. I was very pleased how the transaction went. These are good folks with an attention to detail.

purchased a "mirror"SENT GLASS, no refund court purchased a "mirror". never got a confirmation, had to fight charge on credit card. they sent a piece of glass. I ordered a mirror. went thru all "their" process to get the refund, 13 phone calls constantly. never received refund, these people are scammers now have to sue thru court system. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
