GBpurchased a "mirror"SENT GLASS, no refund court purchased a "mirror". never got a confirmation, had to fight charge on credit card. they sent a piece of glass. I ordered a mirror. went thru all "their" process to get the refund, 13 phone calls constantly. never received refund, these people are scammers now have to sue thru court system. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

GBI inherited a beautiful desk from my… I inherited a beautiful desk from my father-in-law. It was starting to get scratched, and I ordered a glass top from a local company. After several months I realized that it was not coming, and the notes were a joke. I ordered form Fab and received an email every time there was a change, as it went from fabricating to manufacturing, etc. It arrived today and was very well protected in material that weighed more than the 6' by 3' tempered glass. The3re was no flaw anywhere nor burr on teh beveled edge. It was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them if you need their products.

GBLovely custom cut glass patio table top My glass top needed to be custom fabricated, which they can do. There was a good selection of glass options, and the people helpful. The glass arrived well packed, fit perfectly, and looks great. Effectively a new patio table.

GBWe needed a glass top for a new piece for our bar… We needed a glass top for a new piece of furniture we had recently purchased. Found Fab Glass on the internet and since it was close went over personally to order the piece. Met with Peter Jablonski and he handled everything, panelessly (pun). The only issue I had was it's a two person job to unpack the glass. I was worried about the transit since it was coming from Ohio but it arrived it great shape. It took longer to unpack than it did to order it. I was very pleased how the transaction went. These are good folks with an attention to detail.

GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY Ordered one of thier shower door through Home Depot. Top rail was gouged and scratched. It was installed by contractor who asked me to secure a new top rail for the manufactiurer. SHould be easy, right? Fab Glass refused to send a new top rail unless Home Depot issued a new purchase order. UNBELEIVABLE!
