Following my review the company immediately followed up with me and we came to a resolution. I have updated my review based on the fact that the company cares enough to monitor feedback and follow through when necessary.

I purchased a replaced for my bay… I purchased new glass with frame for my bay window. From the ordering process online, which is outstanding, to the processing time, shipping process and the product itself were all outstanding. I would, without a doubt, use them again and would suggest their company to anyone looking for a product they supply. Mike L

Glass is great but not sure about the tabs just yet. The glass I ordered to cover the bedside tables is exactly what I needed but I did not receive the tabs to keep the glass from sliding. I also did not read those would be sent separately. They have contacted me & said they will resolve the problem by sending out new ones! Hope they get here quickly!

The whole staff at Fab Glass & Mirror… The whole staff at Fab Glass & Mirror was attentive and thorough. Their customer support is exactly what you would want from a company dealing with fragile products. As far as the HD mirror goes, my fitness clients wonder if it is a trick mirror since they look their best in it's reflection. That's a question that only Fab Glass and I will know the answer to (and maybe you if you make the right purchase).

Happy with it! There was good communication between us. The glass came when it was projected to come. Was really packaged very well, I was impressed by that. I'm very happy with the product.
