purchased a "mirror"SENT GLASS, no refund court purchased a "mirror". never got a confirmation, had to fight charge on credit card. they sent a piece of glass. I ordered a mirror. went thru all "their" process to get the refund, 13 phone calls constantly. never received refund, these people are scammers now have to sue thru court system. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I inherited a beautiful desk from my… I inherited a beautiful desk from my father-in-law. It was starting to get scratched, and I ordered a glass top from a local company. After several months I realized that it was not coming, and the notes were a joke. I ordered form Fab and received an email every time there was a change, as it went from fabricating to manufacturing, etc. It arrived today and was very well protected in material that weighed more than the 6' by 3' tempered glass. The3re was no flaw anywhere nor burr on teh beveled edge. It was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them if you need their products.

Beautiful large patio replacement glass with excellent customer care Sales rep Solomon was very helpful with what I needed since I wanted replacement glass for large patio table to be slightly smaller than frame and his suggestion worked out perfectly. Now I was really worried what to expect as far as delivery , glass was heavy and large and we live on a hillside which involved 18 steps up to patio. I called the office and spoke to Ben Parker who was really instrumental in contacting the delivery company, for a fair additional fee was able to have delivery to our patio. When I unbox the table it was perfect, just beautiful. So happy with the glass, just perfect.

Great customer service!! Thank you, Fab Glass! My 46" round 1/2" thick beveled glass table top looks great! When FedEx destroyed the more than sufficient packaging and damaged the table top . . . on 2 different shipments! . . . before delivery, you all kept communications open, very prompt, and very helpful! The 3rd table top shipped finally arrived whole, although FedEx still banged up the packaging. Thanks for working with me through all the FedEx mishaps.
