Their customer support is exactly what you would want from a company dealing with fragile products. As far as the HD mirror goes, my fitness clients wonder if it is a trick mirror since they look their best in it's reflection. That's a question that only Fab Glass and I will know the answer to (and maybe you if you make the right purchase).
