Terrible Terrible. I just received the item and it looks nothing like the person or the pictures I supplied. I intended to give this as a present but now it will only go to the bin. I gave the supplier 7 opportunities to fix this. They apparently have these produced in China and they clearly did not understand English because they kept ignoring my requests. I clearly told them that the person had brown skin and repeatedly asked them to make it darker. I provided multiple additional pictures too. I even emailed them directly and said the same thing but each time they posted a new proof it was still white. The item has a completely white face and body. I am wondering if perhaps the only cater to white people at this point. In the end I had to give up. This is not the product or the quality that was advertised. To add insult to injury I also had to pay an additional $50 USD ($73 AUD) for the item and shipping costs.

Bruce Lee Bobblehead What an Awesome idea to Get yourself Made into a Bobblehead. Ive always wanted to be Bruce Lee and Now i Kind of am Bruce Lee. Because i Got Myself made into a Bruce Lee Bobblehead. Yes Bobbleheads did an Outstanding Job of Making me into a Bruce Lee Bobblehead and Myself and my Family and Friends are very Impressed with There Work we Love it. I Highly Recommend Getting yourself Made up into a Bobblehead.

Great likeness overall, misleading extra costs The doll itself is quite good with likeness and I am generally very happy with it. Communication was pretty difficult as I was having to repeat the same request several times which caused significant delay. In the end I agreed just to have it here for Christmas and painted on some details myself at home. The head isn't centred which I mentioned before it got sent out and so rests on a tilted side. I purchased this from Groupon where it states larger items such as a guitar are subject to fee, but on the site I had to pay £10 for glasses which are essentially just painted on so that was a huge disappointment at that cost. Also delivery was mentioned as being £9.99 for a single custom, however on site this jumps up to around £25ish.

Received my bobble head after having to… Received my bobble head after having to pay hidden costs. Thoroughly disappointed, no likeness whatsoever to photo given. Wrote review and was contacted by Tom who promised me he would rectify this and get his best sculptor on it!! Outcome was fit only for the bin!! How do these people get away with this! Not a cheap purchase and so upsetting as was a graduation gift for my daughter. Money is tight for most at the moment so shame on this company for freely wasting mine. Would love to be able to show the picture of it!!

Bobblehead Brilliance Just received the bobblehead of my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with it! The likeness is soooo good and I was contacted at each stage to give approval or change things. The whole process has been fantastic and I highly recommend this product to anyone who has ever contemplated it. Great communication from start to finish. A very happy customer.
