Bobblehead Brilliance Just received the bobblehead of my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with it! The likeness is soooo good and I was contacted at each stage to give approval or change things. Please do NOT ever… I hardly ever write reviews but am frustrated enough to think this deserves one. A bad experience overall, a total waste of money and time. They don't know what they are doing...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 4-6 weeks turnaround they tell people... I ordered mine 2nd Nov, it arrived in Feb! And the quality was terrible! The communication was awful, they would take weeks, at one stage a month, to reply to your requested changes (figures looked nothing like pictures). Photos on proofing were from far away and in bad lighting, so couldnt see the fine details, when it FINALLY arrived the painting was bad, some spots actually not painted!
